I have been staying at Monte Vista Club in Sosua, Dominican Republic every winter since 2010. The pool is amazing and the staff is outstanding. The resort has a restaurant and bar and there is another bar in the middle of the pool and the pool is huge, over 1 million gallons of water. The rooms were renovated in 2019 and are beautiful There is a gym, shuttle service and full maid and laundry service. The best part is the affordability. You will love it here. They take Covid very seriously and sanitize everything!

Spent a week at the Monte Vista condominiums. Huge pool, good restaurant, reasonably priced. (closed Mondays). Local markets deliver along with local restaurants. nice mini market on-site. Vast improvement from a few years ago. Definitely will return
