I had stayed here before under the old management. I found the hotel just as welcoming as before. The hotel has a little over 20 rooms, a few have a patio facing the pool. My room was on the second floor with a balcony over looking the pool. I had plenty of hot water, a king size bed, refrigerator, flat screen TV and plenty of towels. Location is just a two minute walk to the Alicia Beach and about a ten minute walk to the Sousa Beach making it walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the casino. The Taxi Mafia will charge you $25.00 from the airport and you should be able to negotiate a $20.00 return. Someday, they will have Uber.

In one part disappointed on other satisfied.
Nice rooms, nice hotel with swimming pool but basic dinner and breakfast and no coffee!!!
We came back in one week and they forgot on our reservation!!!. So we needed to search for other place in Friday night.
But from the other side, hotel is near the town center and also to beach. So, if you like to enjoy by day on the beach and by night in night life in town of Sosua, the place is good to stay.

Basic hotel with very few amenities but very clean, friendly staff and good food. The open air restaurant and swimming area is gorgeous. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and other eateries. The hotel is still remodeling but keeping its historic nature in tact. I will probably stay there again.

My favorite place to stay in Sosua. It's a block away from all of the action therefore it's quiet yet close to everything. It's also my favorite place for breakfast. Everyone is always accommodating and I'm on a first name basis with everyone.

We really loved that place. It is very clean and well located next to a nice beach within walking distance to the center.

The Hotel is Horrible,No water .Plumber banging on the Wall to try to fix the pipes.Very old Hotel. There are many other Good Hotels in the area. This one has many Problems. The Owner Offed Me a Drink.And l was Over Charged for it.

Stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. I liked the open design and the pool was a great addition. Staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful (I was the one with safe problems) and I will stay here next trip.

Besides the ants being in my bed, the AC not blowing cold enough air, and the cable not working, the stay was ok. I had to sleep in my friend's room for 2 of the 3 nights. Breakfast, staff, and location was good. Playa Alicia is a 2 minute walk. 2 of my friends had AC and cable issues.

This is a great little hotel in a great location. A short 1-2 minute walk to beautiful Playa Alicia and 3-4 minutes to the bars and restaurants of Sosua.
The rooms themselves are a bit on the basic side, but it was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Bring your own shampoo. Tiny soaps are provided, but not washcloths. I was here in August, and the AC struggled a bit to keep the room cool.
The pool area is beautiful. I loved having a room where I could walk out of my back door right onto the deck of the pool area.
The owners/managers of the hotel are fantastic. Great communication before my stay and very responsive to my needs throughout the week. I messed up and took a swim with my cellphone in my pocket. Andrew knows what he is doing, and he took my phone for a day or so, and made it functional. I ended up buying a new one when I got home, but I appreciated his efforts going above and beyond to help me.
The restaurant was great and convenient for breakfast. I ate here every morning and I loved the fresh fruit. This puts those chain-hotel breakfasts in the USA to shame.
Overall a really nice place, and I would love to come back and visit again!

I spent three nights at this hotel for a business trip and the experience was excellent all around. The check in was quick, the room was very clean and the food at the restaurant was very good with reasonable pricing. Good thing I brought cash since they don't accept credit cards. The staff was also very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean budget hotel to stay in the heart of Sosua.
