My wife and I traveled during the week of March 14-21. This is our first time in this region of the Dominican Republic and we were glad we chose this place. We love the beach and the ability to walk for kilometres was a nice bonus. We ended up changing rooms and they made the process very smooth and with smiles. The room was large and kept very clean. Another bonus about this place is the ability to get anywhere quickly being a small resort. The food was good, but we were surprised at the lack of quick serve stations where fresh meats or fish can be cooked. A common feature at many inclusive resorts. The other issue was the lack of fresh brewed coffee- none at the resort. I was looking forward to a cup of Dominican coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Me and my husband came to this resort on March 9th through sunwing, we met up with our parents from another part of Canada. When we checked in we were greeted with smiles and a very Helpful friend desk clerk who put our family in rooms beside each other with no hassle at all. Sunwing also was great, if there was an issue He fixed it! Thank you front desk and sunwing Our rooms were clean, decorated with all the frills and flowers, Everything worked and it was super clean. We noticed by Wed that there was extra cleaning being done because of the virus. Thanks for being on top of that Housekeeping! The food was great! We didn't have to cook or do dishes. SO seriously people be a little bit more humble. The only suggestion I would make is put out the cheese and meat at lunchtime.. =D still was great buffet style food. I LOVE your potatoes!!! we got to experience the two out 3 restaurants Dominican and Mexico both are great. if you are having trouble going #2 eat Mexican! =D Drinks... this was my favorite part, The bartenders were fantastic, a single tip goes a long way; bumped to the front of the line and your drinks got delivered to your table. Looking for a non-sweet drink..Gin and tonic. SOOOO good! BEST of all there is NO smoking in most of the resort! I love that so much. The beach! LOVE it, by Wed there was hardly anyone left so it felt kind of private. Being an average blue-collared working family who can't afford 5stars this place was excellent it was perfect, the people were amazing! Thank you for taking care of us during the crazy week before the world shut down.

We where transported there by FTI and Meeting Point Dominicana because we had to wait for transport due to Corona. We went from 4,5 star to no star. This is really a place where you do not want to be. Old and bad maintained. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty rooms, no hot water, muggle at minbar (no drinks), dirty bathroom, bad smell in room and noisy. Even the food in the buffet was poor. Breakfast disgusting and spoons touches by all people dropped in the food. If you want to to get ill you should go. I recommend to pay more because this place is no value for you hard earned dollar.
