My wife (fiancé at the time) and I booked this particular location for our wedding destination solely because of the ocean view and scenery. Our original wedding planner had us very worried that our details for the wedding would not be met, however, upon arrival, we were met by a gentleman who had taken over our plans and handled every issue we originally had with ease and accommodated us at every request. His name is Hector and I wish he was our original planner. Needless to say the wedding turned out beautiful, our guest were well taken care of and from now on this will be the only hotel I will ever book with during my stays in the Dominican Republic! Thanks Hector
Best vacation ever, beautiful place, paradise! Service was brilliant. Food tasty, clear everywhere. Thanks to all stuff, primary to Diamante, Azucar, Skinny Boy, Black Lion, Betty Boop, etc. If you want to have excelent Vacation, go here!
If you are looking to have a great time and be surrounded by friendly and positives vibes book this resort! Staff like Miguel P. (Reception) would make you feel awesome and welcome to this beautiful resort! Besides the food is amazing, one of the best I’ve tried so far! Servers like Robinson, Jairo and Nicolas are great people to talk to and super approachable. The beach is clean and the pool is big, one of the best resorts I’ve been it, the vibe is great!.
Pros: buffet food, snack, and Mexican restaurant were good and varied. Would although avoid Italian restaurant. Rooms were spacious and staff were extremely courteous. Hotel coordinated airport transportation was reliable and easy to use. Cons: Stayed in 3200 building and it was loud. There is outdoor entertainment until 11p and difficult to fall asleep with all the noise. Masks were not always enforced in the buffet area. Although there were no smoking signs everywhere the covered outdoor area was full of smokers. It made it difficult to remain outdoors when it rained because the smoking was out of control.
I stayed at this facility for 7 all inclusive days. The facilities are nice, my room although small (king size bed with next to no clearance to walk around) was clean and functional. My issue was with the service I rec’d on a malfunctioning television. I checked in on a Monday night, Oct. 4 to be precise. It was a long travel day & I didn’t even turn the tv on. I got a late bite to eat (the food was good), went back to my room and crashed for the night. The next morning (Tuesday) I woke up early (5am) nothing was open, went to front desk and woke up the attendant who advised me nothing was available until 7am. Only have so many characters so I’ll skip to the issue, Wed the tv reception sucked, front desk sent Mtce. who managed to clear it, lasted about 3 hrs. Friday the tv crapped out entirely, I went to front desk at 3. Mtce showed up about 4, fiddled for a bit and then said he’d be back. At 6pm, I asked front desk again, guy showed up at 8:30 fiddled for an hour & a half, even brought a new tv, until I told him manjana, I needed to sleep. Sat. I went to front desk at 8am, Mtce showed up about 1hr later, fiddled some more and managed to get me back to the bad reception I had on Wed, I told him good enough, I spent too much time dealing with this. Short story, I wasn’t here to watch tv & if I knew I had to spend this much time dealing with it, I would never have reported it. I wasted about 8-12 waking hours dealing with this issue and it was never corrected. Would I stay here again? If someone paid me yes, on my own nickel not a chance.…
