Its a run out hotel payed over 150 usd for a room with a pool the pool is small no privacy, there is no air conditioning in the rooms , tge bathtub old and broken same as the shower, mirrors with scaling, hinges rotten The food in the restaurant expensive and very average, they put a fan in the room wich made tons of noise complained at the front desk and all they did was say sorry
Honestly. Our original plan was to arrive to the Marriott Ixtapan but as they did not respected our reservation made by Booking.com, we found this Way much better option! Since our arrival the staff was very friendly and always gave the best service possible. The Hotel facilities are very family friendly and the restaurant has a good menu options, maybe there are room for improvement on the weekends breakfast buffet but it’s okay. Me and my family spent a very nice weekend. Special thanks to Salvador from bell services for all his help and tips on the surroundings!
I spent a couple of days in the hotel as part of a training program. We were well received by the staff and found our rooms ourselves. The rooms are basically fine with a good intentionin terms of decoration. Everything worked well in the room. It was nice and quiet during the first night. A number of guests arrived on our second day and the rooms turned very noisy. There is no isolation and we could easily hear people speaking across the rooms, and even staff members shouting to each other outside. The food was very good and the staff made a good effort to make us feel welcomed and happy. Our training room was nicely isolated although kind of far. But it served its purpose very well. The wifi worked perfectly well everywhere within the premises. The swimming pool and gardens are very nice and inviting. I was positively impressed by the gym and the spa. The spa is definitely the highlight of this hotel. If you make it there, treat yourself to some relaxing time there!…
It's the worst hotel I've ever been, and believe me when I say it suck's because I've been in bad hotel's. I hate it because its service is the worst and they don't pay attention. Also the pool is very dirty.
The service is the worst! I asked for a pina colada at the pool and the waiter was rude and did not give me anything! He asked me where my palapa was and I pointed to it and he did not take my order. Also, we wanted to pay more to stay for couple of hours Sunday and they said 2:00 pm not one minute more! 😡
