This hotel is highly recommended for Bikers who drove all the way from either Singapore or Malaysia to this BP Grand Tower in Hat Yai. Lots of Parking Space and is very safe to park your vehicle there. Room wise, some have been renovated and is value for money. Surrounded by Massage Palours, Eateries and is a short distance away...

This is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm driving and overnight in Hat Yai town. Free parking, newly refurbished rooms and within walking distance to Lee Gardens Plaza, Gim Yong Market, railway station etc. The hotel lobby may look outdated. You feel like you've been transported back to the 80's. But once you step inside the room..... Voila....!!!! Worth...

This review is about BP Grand Suite, which is opposite BP Grand Tower and under the same management. The most horrible service I encountered where they take your passport as deposit. The receptionist was shouting when we refused to give and passport and after threatening to move to another hotel, they relented to taking 1000Baht as deposit. The next horrible...

Hotel Location very near to mostly attraction of shopping area. You can walk in short distance to buy some food or sourvenir. Breakfast quality is not so good, staff's service just normal. Hotel structure a bit old but newly renovated for some of the room.

1. The check-in counter staff on Sep 25 morning and Sep 26 morning are extremely polite and friendly. The performance of the check out staff on Sep 27 afternoon can be improved. 2. In my opinion, letting guests wait for the maid to check the room in order to check out is outdated step and disrespectful. 3. Newly renovated rooms....

Spacious, Clean, comfortable room available and we enjoyed so much with 2 kids in. Worth of money we paid especially during the year end peak season. Hair dryer, sofa resting area, mini bar, free drinking water etc. Hotel location is very convinient to anywhere of central Hatyai. After over 14 years of visit since my last trip to Hatyai, this...

The hotel is very large and well situated to see the sights & shopping in Hat Yai. The rooms are nice, if a little dated, with very friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Sadly, the wifi was very intermittent, even in reception.

Recently refurbished. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Located down the street 5 minutes to Lee Garden/ Central. Shopping & food all within walking distance. Great restaurant serving authentic Thai food at reasonable prices. As with most people, we thought eating at restaurants off site will be better value. However we were pleasantly surprised when we had dinner at the Thai/Chinese restaurant at...

“Just don't book here - but if you do, get a discount via Agoda, Booking, Hotels, etc. and in your requests, tell them you need a renovated/re-done room, AWAY from the construction floors. A higher-up room will also spare you some street-level noise/traffic.”
