Only a few minutes drive from the airport this great little hotel has very nice rooms, friendly staff, and offers complimentary breakfast. Would most definitely stay again.
Within walking distance of banks and restaurants is also in a convenient location.

Following a previous stay, I was happy to return to this hotel. At the time of booking, I specifically requested a double bed as I like to spread out (on my last visit, I was allocated a twin room - very comfortable beds). Big mistake!. The bed was a double, but unbelievably hard and resulted in 2 nights of badly disturbed sleep and back pain (room 304, if I recall). I should have requested a room change, but was unaware of the hardness until I was actually going to bed. The next day, due to a very early start and a late finish, I just bit the bullet.

That aside, the room just as good as before; beautifully clean and spacious. Fridge with 2 bottles of water, kettle with coffee sachets (again, no tea bags or sweeteners), Plenty of hanging space. The AC in this room seemed noisy, but did the job. Again, a great shower (good hot water flow, this time), plenty of towels, and a hairdryer in the bathroom (no mould on the shower curtain in this room).

Basic, but plentiful breakfast offerings. Once more, I requested a freshly cooked omelette, which appeared in minutes.

The staff are very obliging here, and as I know I'll be returning, a "bed comfort test" will be carried out, before I accept the room.

This place was clean, thoroughly professional, the staff were friendly and the rooms were beautifully appointed, we couldn't fault the place.

It is example that other hotels in Thailand should follow, spend the money necessary to appoint the place well and guests appreciate it.

The staff were all impeccably well dressed, extremely helpful and a general all round delight in every respect.

If a criticism were to be made it would only be that the farm yard animals out back were a bit noisy but it was not a major issue really.

Discrimination against nationality
Very rude staffs
Staff members have discriminated attitude towards Myanmar citizen.
The rooms I was given was out of functioned. Overnight they phoned me over three times due to the sound coming from the wash station of my room that made unpleasant noises towards the room below. The sound coming from washing my dishes was a fault and I was forced to leave the room the next day. Completely nonsense. Staff cannot speak and understand English. Cannot have a comfort conversation with guest.

If you chose to stay, you will be totally disappointed.

I had a chance to stay at Baanrabiagmai Hotel with my family during our first visit to Mae Sot. Since the rate of this hotel is not that high, I have to say that this small hotel had exceeded my expectations.
The room was quite spacious with a separate living area and kitchen. Our room was clean and the public area was well taken care of. The location was convenient enough for us with nearby restaurants, salons, Thai massage places. Hotel employees were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good with some eggs, toasts, coffee, and Thai breakfast.
The cons are broken toilet and very limited parking space.
I was impressed with Baanrabiangmai Hotel and would return when I’m in the area again.

My room was very clean and really spacious, with a TV, kettle (sachets of coffee, but no tea bags or sweeteners), microwave, AC and fridge. I'd asked for a large bed, but this wasn't available, so I was given a twin room. It wasn't an issue at all, and the bed was so comfortable. Great mirrored wardrobe space with hangers and an in-room safe.

The bathroom was bright and modern with a shower over the bath, plenty of towels and a hairdryer. The shower curtain had mould on the hemline, the water was only tepid. My room was on the 4th floor, for those with any mobility issues, there is a lift.

Breakfast was basic, though staff happily obliged with my request for an omelette. Sit at a table without a cloth, those with table cloths had ants on them.

Beers and soft drinks are available at reception, and staff are happy to book transport for you.

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. It was very clean, had fast wifi and was in a good location within walking distance of restaurants, malls, etc. Staff was very friendly and the cleaning crew was quite efficient - even when we told them we didn't need the room cleaned that day they swept in and restocked everything and emptied trash in a matter of a few minutes - quite a pleasant surprise to see such efficiency.

The only real complaint I have about the place is that when you remove the key the electricity turns off, including the fridge so we couldn't store anything perishable in the fridge.
Other than that the room was a little more cluttered than I prefer (a lot of furniture) and I'm not a fan of the shower/tub combo, but both of those are just personal preferences.

Overall it was really nice - I felt really at home staying here and I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located on a smaller side street so does not get any road traffic noise. This is a well-appointed hotel where the rooms have a certain charm and elegance. Our room was not overly large, about 200sf, yet cosy enough with a king size bed that was relatively comfortable. The sitting area in front of the TV was small and may be inadequate for some watching a lot of TV. For foreigners who like to watch television, there are only three English stations, CNN, Fox movies and music. The small kitchenette is equipped with crockery and cutlery, along with microwave, kettle and fridge. The room is very clean and fresh and also air-conditioned. Staff are pleasant and helpful with giving directions to other places. You can also hire a bike for 30 Baht/day, which is a great way to get around the city .
