My short stay in Venezia was again a good experience. Its location is practical (near the airport). Customer service is excellent from the front desk (Zayla and her colleagues are so efficient) to the restaurant team. Dining experience is better than in the other hotels of the city. Bedrooms have a good standard. You should try the Junior suite with...

Well the only thing I like about this hotel is the fact that it's close to the airport. You can literally walk to the airport, well apparently you will since there is no public transportation that comes through the street, its inside a sort of subdivision. But no worries, they provide shuttles to airport and other places. Bathroom is tiny...have...

Like OMG! You'll definitely taste the best cake not just in town but the whole of the cafes that you've been in. Their orea cake is so oh good. I haven't tasted a cake this great in my 24 years of existence. Promise!

Everyday, the security guards would help me to get a tricycle where I wanted to go. The restaurant staff was very attentive at the times I had breakfast and dined at the hotel restaurant. The food was cooked well, though pricier like most hotels. Room service was quick in bringing up my food, although options were limited while ordering from...

Everything is 5 star, except the ridiculously small room, can barely pass on the sides of the bed blocked between the street windows and the restroom. Shower is not working properly and safe was out of batteries. For the rest, no complaints. The morning breakfast is excelent, service is great. Could improve: no wifi in the rooms, only in the...

The first time I stepped into this hotel was when my family was on our was to Misibis Bay Resort, apparently you can only make a booking in Misibis thru Hotel Venezia. I would give the hotel at max 3 stars! The place is clean and the lobby is bright and modestly spacious. The room are average at best. Our...

I had to renew my professional license at PRC Legazpi, we decided to stay overnight to unwind. We live in Daet, Camarines Norte; we had a 5-hour travel. We booked our standard room through agoda which we got for USD71.51 or Php3,225, but we upgraded to the junior suite because the standard room was small for me and my husband....

Stayed for an overnight and really enjoyed our stay, they gave us a complimentary early check in which some of the hotels does if possible, since we arrived at Legazpi Airport early at 9AM. BIG thanks on that! Specially to Abby who promptly answers all my emails during reservation and Kevin of reception. Just a bit confused during our arrival...
