It is affordable yet gave us comfort. We've been there for twice already and will definitely go back whenever we will have a staycation in Tagaytay. The one on the reservation is accommodating too. This is recommended for backpacker and for those who wants affordable yet comfortable and clean hotel in the area.

A group of Filipinos and myself were visiting a local attraction and as we arrived late, we decided to make it an overnight stay. My friends had one room, my wife, daughter and I have the other. The room was filthy. The floor had been swept, but the sink looked like it had never been cleaned, also the toilet had... More

The people are nice and the room is great considering that we checked in at a different place on our first night at tagaytay because the tricycle drivers said that 5r was already full and since we arrived around midnight and we just wanted to rest and crash on any kind of place, we let the drivers take us anywhere... My family spent 1 night on this hotel. I could say it is an average hotel. if you are looking for luxury hotel well this is not the one, but for a group of friends and family this is perfect. they have single rooms and family rooms. I recommend this small cheap hotel to everyone who's looking for cheaper stay... More

Picked this hotel because it was inexpensive, and had a pool. It calls itself 2 Star, which is probably ok. Room was noce, bed excellent. Bathroom a bit scruffy. Good AC. Good parking. Pleasant service, but no restaurant. Nice garden and pool area.

I booked through the agoda for usd 26++. I got a small non air-con room with 4 pillow in a damp room. 2 towels. No breakfast no complimentary drinks/toiletries. One tiny soap. One blanket (that's actually the bed sheet). I didn't use the fan because it was cold enough already in the evening. The curtain was broken! And they didn't... More

just when every hotel in Tagaytay is as busy as a bee, expect a room or two to be available here at 5R Rooms. The room we always book has a double deck, a queen sized bed and an extra bed right outside the bedroom. They have a separate dirty kitchen for everyone who wants to cook. All you have... More

Tagaytay is one of our happy place destination. Maybe because of its cold weather, relaxing ambiance, food trips & few kilometers away from the Metro. Whenever we opt to spend our weekends to relax... 5R Rooms has been our constant choice.. affordable prices, available on walk-ins, wifi, rooms are ok, staff are accomodating, swimming pool for adult & kids, parking,... We originally wanted to stay at Keni Po; however, on arriving discovered that there were no free rooms. We went next door to 5R and stayed in a small but comfortable aircon room with a double bed, flat screen TV and shared balcony. The only complaint was that the power went out for 12 hours from about 10pm even though... More

Room is not too big but not too small. Flat tv is working. Ac is working. Wall clock has no battery. Bathroom's faucets are not working or maybe we just don't know how to operate it because the attendants didn't told us how to use it properly. When we checked in they just gave us the room keys without giving... More
