I went there via public transpo. At the Olivarez Terminal ride a jeep going to People's Park fare is at P14 per person. It will pass by Crosswinds and you'll know cause a large crosswinds sign is screaming at the sides and you will see the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf with a large windmill. Approach the guard and tell them you are availing the shuttle. Also a lot of tricycle drivers will offer you and tell you no jeepney ride is available do not believe them. A guy offered us P100 and another guy P120 and another P150. Unless you are in a hurry just ride a jeep.
