The room was decent, but the front desk looks a bit old. Anyways, the room that we stayed in is well cleaned, modern and smells great. It has a well cleaned big bathroom with heater and complete amenities, kitchen, mini refrigerator, dining area, couches, cable tv and 2 bedrooms with 1 tv. It also has a balcony which you can...

We booked a suite for a Saturday night. When we arrived (we were 4) no one offered to help us with our luggage. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the top floor with a very nice view. The room was clean though a bit old. The bathroom was very nice. The big big problem was the noise from...

We enjoyed overnight stay here and view of Taal volcano was simply amazing. Hotel was clean but basement level had foul odor from materials (garbage colletion). As it was right beside Aguinaldo Highway it can get pretty noisy with all types of vehicles invluding cargo trucks traversing this National road.

Went there with the whole family with small kids at the height of the holiday season. Having a mall right beside it was perfect! We wanted to just relax so it was good to be able to just go down, walk maybe 5 mins and restaurants abound.

Metro Manila is getting too crowded. Lot of wasted time in traffic jams. I think Summit Ridge Hotel is a good venue for holding business conferences, sales rallies and meetings, as an alternative to Metro Manila Hotels. Good value for money. 1) Comfortable rooms 2) Staff are trained to handle meetings and conferences. 3) Small enough hotel so that a...

The location was great, with food shops and a grocery just beside the hotel. The room was clean and had a balcony with the basic amenities plus Cetaphil soap and lotion and Swish mouthwash. The staff was accommodating and attentive. The only downside is the breakfast. They should serve better tasting food with a little more variety.

This hotel is perfectly located -- at the midpoint of all the places we wanted to visit. My family took advantage of the weekday rate for Robinson's Rewards Members. For the price, we were given a room on the 8th floor, which was fantastic because of the view of Taal Lake and Volcano. I commend the ladies at Reservations who...

The hotel's location was good. We have an early check in and it was fast. Our room has a view of Taal Lake and it also has a balcony. Our room & t & b seems clean with usual amenities. They have swimming pool and gym. Accessible to many restaurants, mall and tourist spots such as Sky Ranch. My only setback...

Nice area attached to a small mall.. had some issues.. toilet ran all night the first night kept us awake. . Mentioned to the desk the next morning and they sent the repair guy. But it still ran all night the second night too. Had to have a repairman look at the refrigerator too. It didn't work until he shook...

Summit Ridge has an appropriate name for it is situated in an elevated portion of Aguinaldo Highway which makes for great viewing of Taal Lake and surroundings. It's also just across the street from Josephine's Restaurant which is the best resto in Tagaytay. It's also near all the places which people regularly visit in Tagaytay like Leslie's, Starbucks , Skypark...
