We booked a number of rooms via a website, as our group will be attending a wedding in the area. Upon check in, the reception staff was very courteous and helpful with our questions. When we had issues with the shower that didnt heat up right away, they sent personnel within 3 minutes to check our shower. Since our group...

The hotel remains nice overall, after long years of service. However, their rooms show their age. Still, accommodations were clean and comfortable, the free breakfast good and filling, and service was very good. Good for a good night's stay when most of the day is to be spent going around Tagaytay.

I am looking for a room that accomodate 6 pax and found this hotel. I did not go wrong choosing cabana because it was spacious enough for the family. It is located near the pool so the kids enjoyed the stay a lot. There is also a trellis where you can relax. Price is very reasonable. Just need to improve...

No volcano views here, but we had a good night- comfy bed and good wi fi signal in the room. The included breakfast wasn't anything special but was better than nothing. Not cheap but pretty standard for Tagaytay prices. Nice decor on the site and was nice to have the balcony on our room. Strong air conditioning and good tv...

We stayed in one of the cabanas, which had two floors connected by a spiral staircase. It's so warm and cozy inside. The place is huge for four people. The amenities, including the bathroom, were clean when we arrived, but the water had a weird smell. Members of the staff were kind and accommodating, and the food tasted good. I...

Booked online via Agoda. Check in was a breeze. Booked a superior room, loved the balcony! Free breakfast was okay. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the guards weren't very helpful in parking and managing the traffic inside the hotel.

This is a place that i can definitely recommend to friends and everyone who's visiting trip advisor for hotel referrences. We rented for an overnight stay at the Casitas with Attic. The place was supposedly for 4 people but there were 6 of us who stayed there. On the first level, there was one Double bed, 1 pull out bed...

We used the cashcashpinoy voucher for a cabana room on December 24. Communication is good and slightly fast. Cabana rooms are facing the pool and these are the first rooms/cottage-type accommodation that you would see upon entering the main gate. The room is big and loft-type, with two TVs although these are the old TV types and not the LCD...

We celebrated pre valentines day at this hotel, and it was very pricey compare to our previous hotel accomodations, nothing special, rooms are dark and creepy, very untidy, we even find a used brush in the wash room, the flush has a tape to function, and there's NO HEATER IN A COLD PLACE! The breakfast was ruined, we did not...

Only stayed one night as we had just a couple of days to explore the Taal Volcano. Hotel is located about a half mile north of the main intersection in Tagaytay, but getting a tricycle here is almost impossible to you have to jump on jeepneys, not always easy for me as I am very tall. The girl at the...
