Stayed here in January 2019 for 3 nights.
The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy.
We arrived super early in the morning having just gotten the train from Mandalay.
They provided us with an early breakfast and recommended we check out the free Bagan tour. (You only pay for your scooter hire, which is reasonably priced). The tour was great and e saw some gorgeous temples that weren't completely crowded.
The other ostello bello just up the road has great nightlife. This one is quieter but does have a pool and reasonably priced beers.

I am used to staying in other ostello bello as they are located in many countries. I love the idea that they are wheelchair friendly but sadly this place is not wheelchair friendly but the staff there is really really nice they went all out of their way to help me be comfortable ....so first of all the restaurant or you make call it a sitting area at the entrance has one step to climb, the rooms have 2-3 steps each to get into.... I was staying in a female dormitory luckily there was nobody Else so I had the whole place to myself....I was given a phone number of the reception person in case I needed any help at night.. since I was there only for one night it was fine I could manage...to get onto the pool area also there are about five steps so I did not even try to go there but all in all it was very clean and very modern the bathrooms are very modern if you are looking for a quiet environment you should come and stay in this place.... They have some games like carrom board and other table games... Yes the morning breakfast was a good layout with croissants bread egg fruits like banana and Orange... I did go to there other hostel branch which is just 10 minutes walk that place is quite wheelchair friendly probably they have one or two rooms which are accessible with a wheelchair but they were in renovation ....this place is more happening in the night so one can go for drinks out there... and if you want all the happening, noise and party then you should go to this other branch which is 5 to 10 minutes walk...

Really nice hostel with comfortable beds and clean/very good shower facilities for the dorm rooms. Staff were really helpful even as we arrived and left super early. Breakfast is a buffet and isn’t the best food you’ll ever eat but there’s toast, fresh fruit, eggs and noodles to fill you up for the day. Hostel is right next to two good places to rent bikes at any time of the day (we rented ours around 4:45 to catch the sunrise one day). The pool is quite small but so nice after being out in the sun all day to come back to! There aren’t many loungers around so if you want one you’ve got to get there pretty early, but we were fine sitting on the edge with our feet in when we weren’t swimming! You can also go to the main Ostello Bello just 2 minutes down the road for free where you can use their rooftop bar and restaurant.

I stayed at the ostello bello in Inle Lake and it was great, I really enjoyed staying there. I booked for 5 nights here in Bagan and the internet doesn’t work, the power in the bathroom doesn’t work and the breakfast is really basic. I wish I booked at the other ostello bello in town. Definitely wouldn’t come back here.

Amazed how clean our room was when we arrived! The bathroom was also spotless. The breakfast is very typical of Myanmar; bread, jam, fruit, noodles and egg. What more could you ask for? Free tea and coffee all day is a nice touch and the swimming pool area was also extremely clean and it was nice to be able to cool down. 100% recommended

Stayed at Ostello Bello Pool Bagan twice in the last 2 months. Clean beds. Aircon in the room is at its best- considering that the weather is incredibly hot here. Special shout out to OBP staff Alona, Pan Pan and itum for their hospitality and first class customer service. Ostello Bello has another hostel further down the road (200m)where the parties are - well to be very honest, I chose to stay here and join the parties there. Gives me a better night sleep after the parties. That's a secret. Don't spread it.

Hostel is very clean and well prepared for backpackers. Best toilet I've seen in Myanmars hostels so far. They will book your trips for you same with bus tickets and there is a free pick up to get to the bus station so no money spend on that too. Bed was so comfy!!!

I originally booked the main Ostello Bello in Bagan a good few weeks before my trip. When I heard they had just opened a brand new hostel with a pool I emailed to change my booking. I was told they have “a strict cancellation policy!” I wasn’t cancelling!! I was transferring 500meters up the road. On arrival I asked again if I could move to OB pool. I was charged a $3 transfer fee, handed a piece of paper and told to walk five minutes down the road and transfer myself!! The price had also dropped since my original booking but i was charged the higher price. I did have a booking for OB Mandalay too but I cancelled it as I felt they were a little out of order.

Apart from this however I loved the OB pool. It’s a lot smaller and more friendly than the big one down the road. It’s brand new too so everything is lovely shiny and new. The staff were excellent and incredibly friendly, very helpful too. I love the shared trips board where you can sign up for activities and share the costs. They also offer free sunrise and sunset tours which again is amazing service. I did the free day tour with local guide Chris and it was excellent too. He was brilliant and we had good fun as well as information. It’s by donation and he really does deserve the business.
Overall my trip to Bagan was brilliant made even better by the kindness and warmth of OB pool staff. The pool is nice too!! Breakfast was really good. I stayed in OB inlay lake and there is no comparison. OB Bagan is way better .

I stayed for two nights in the 10 bed dorm. The hostel is quite new and in a good shape. The pool is not big, but nice to have one. The drinks could be cheaper and bigger. The staff was very nice and the group activities were a good start to meet new people.
