This hotel is quite old but it still has nice, satisfactory clean room and good bedding. Also the staff are quite friendly, check-in and check-out is efficient. The food is quite good, not too many selection but prepared with good tastes. The location is not far away from Atjeh Rayeuk restaurant that offers "ayam tangkap", only walking distance about 100...

I stayed for 2 nights. Room is satisfactory. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Its brilliant to have a musolla next to the restaurant since for Muslim, we can go direct to Musolla to perform dhuha prayer instead of going back to our room after having breakfast.

Tidy room. I ordered the hasi goreng istimewa for Rps 59000. Nice! The wifi is lasted for about 15 minutes before you have to login again if you surf the Internet via hp. Please spray room air freshener.

Some months after my last review, I visited the hotel again. Nice rooms and good service, but getting room service to perform after 11pm is still very difficult. Sometimes it's ok, so maybe some shifts are worse than others.

I stayed for 3 nights. Room is dilapidated with no view, no pool whatsoever. Bed creaking but sleepable, slow free wifi, a 24" lcd tivi, A not so spacious bathroom with shower, the good thing is the shower had strong hot water. The breakfast had little choice with no one manned the egg station, the porridge is quite good. Everything...

comfortable hotel, food was good, but the distance is a bit far from the city center, I had to ride on public transport to reach the city center of Banda Aceh. But if you go for business and have own transport, this hotel is good.

Clean but a bit more expensive hotel. They aranged a dry room for our diving shoes. Also they arranged arranged an early trip to the Tsunami museum for us including the taxi bringing us back to the hotel. The reception recommended a Sate restaurant close to the hotel. When you leave the hotel, go right, follow the road. On the...

This is a nice hotel; great staff, comfortable, clean and a good menu. However, at 11pm the service disappears. The leaflets all say 24hr room service is available but the reception staff will tell you that it closes at 11pm. After some pressing they agreed that 24 hr service can be done but the staff are clearly unhappy about it....

Typical indonesian hotel voor civil servants, dirty and dilapidated rooms, poor maintenance of all facilities in and outside rooms, the restaurant is only open 2 hours per day and half of the items on the menu in the restaurants is not available (as in never, not just temporary). Understable that no alcoholic drinks are served in this part of indonesia,...

“The muezzin might sing very loud and looong (30 minutes) next to the hotel. Try to get a room away from the construction they do at the hotel. I can highly recommend the in house massage they offer. I had a foot massage - one of the best I ve ever had in Southeast Asia. The therapists name is Diana. Ask for her. They come to your room only since there is nothing like a spa or so.”
