The hotel is fine but not really 5 star. It is a charming place with beautiful gardens and some rooms built as Toraja houses. Pool and restaurant area were great.
Rooms comfortable but bathrooms are old, they need renovation.
I would not be writing these comments if this hotel was not classified as 4 star.

I loved the architecture and the gardens of this hotel. Staff was very friendly. Food ok but not first quality. Some furniture needed to be changed or renovated. But the atmosphere with the swimming pool and the flowers was very exotic.
We've been in Heritage for four nights with the family. We have enjoyed our stay in general. The rooms are open and with nice views from the terrace. The pool and the service there is good. Everybody is really nice and greeting you with smiles....More
