The hotel experience was quite good. The staff was quite friendly and cooperative. Services provided were good. Rooms were large along with impressive interiors. The hotel was looking quite clean and feel of history along with world class facilities was there. The food was quite good and there was also free breakfast. Living in hotel was luxurious and comfortable.

0 out of 10 because of following reasons: 1. Rude and un-human behavior of the Receptionist. 2. No lift in the hotel and room was provided on the 2nd Floor i.e. Room No. 307 despite of fact that I was having fractured leg so compelled to up and down every time. 3. Room phone was not working. 4. Delayed room... More

Located on a Hillock. Its a spacious Heritage property but in need of maintenance. Elevator was not functioning. Rooms and Bathrooms are huge. Views are excellent. Breakfast is good but needs to have more varieties. The staff are helpful. You can choose to stay at this place if you are in Ajmer for a day or two.

The property is great its like a palace........ but of a poor king. Very badly maintained and lousy service. The food too is lousy and costly. The place has the potential to be a great hotel with an awesome location and estate. I wish they would hand it over to some professionals for running it and it would definately be... More

Merwara Palace- Constructed in late 19th century on a hillock, overlooking Ajmer city, mesmerizes the traveler. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Its a vegetarian- no liquor hotel. Food, specially sweets are just wonderful. Lots of space for parking and meetings.

Best place to stay in Ajmer. Very neat and clean property amazing view, peacefully located. Highly recommended to stay in Ajmer. Just need to work on room service as they need at least half an hour for whatever you ask for. However, you'll neglect this as an when you have the food.

Visited in Aug 2015 for a night stay. Very good property but poorly maintained. Not only the housekeeping needs to be focused upon but the buffet breakfast also needs attention. Quality of food at Dinner was however good.
