Stayed at the Manor as one of our stops on a Micato Tour. We were greeted most warmly by the staff and the hotel Manager, Rogers, was ever present as we spent time around the property. Rogers made sure that everything was MORE than satisfactory and he helped us with all of our needs. We had a terrific server named...

We arrived at this beautiful and stunning property and after an efficient check in, walked the grounds for over an hour. We didn't want to miss anything! Our spacious cottage came with a lovely patio where we could relax and enjoy the scenic views of the coffee fields. Meals in the dining room were exquisite, and the staff was friendly....

Oh how I wish the Manor was closer to home! What a beautiful property. The main building is so pretty. The cottages are idyllic with scenic views of the coffee fields. We enjoyed the sunset from our patio. At the end of the day, the bathroom decorated with flowers was such a surprise. The staff is wonderful. Our butler, Alex,...

Beautiful place with lovely cottages. Ours was great -- spacious and luxurious. They drew a bubble bath strewn with flower petals which I really appreciated after a long day of wonderful game drives. Food is very good although a bit pretentious. On our last night the porter made us a fire in our cottage. He neglected to,pull down the safety...

Thank you for the feedback on your stay with us at The Manor. We sincerely regret the incident that took place in room 8, on 16th October 2016. Understanding the gravity of the situation and how much worse of an outcome could have transpired, we we very grateful that no one was hurt and once again send our heartfelt apologies....

Staff standing on an immaculate lawn to welcome you and serve you drinks and a snack, overlooking buildings and gardens that would set a high standard as an English Country Hotel. Our Garden Cottage was a superb suite with outside chairs on decking overlooking the grounds and landscape beyond. The Manor has an excellent team in the kitchen (though it...

From the spectacular views of the jacaranda trees and the coffee plantation to the valley and hills beyond...the rooms were beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive. And the food was out of this world. How about getting home from a dusty safari and having a hot bubble bath with rose petals drawn? Or having them start the fire in...

This is the second hotel we stayed during our skysafari tour. The manor has this charming colonial look yet it's in fact only 8 years old. What a magical place! The scenery reminds you of Southern Italy or France in summer time. Just loved the Victorian bathtub and fire place. Make sure to take a walk around the Coffee Estate with a High Tea waiting for you on your return.
