I stayed at the keys annex, not the hotel, was ok, you have to ask for a good room to get one,,, which is not at the street and bigger, my first room was super tiny and aircon did not work, when I came back from climb the room was much better ( but therefore no TV>), breakfast ok, great...

Basic hotel but clean and tidy staff are friendly but very slow im returning change. Hotel experienced many power cuts in my time there. There is a generator but it doesn't always run. Quiet location and 10 min walk from downtown Moshi

We used this place before and after trekking, the hotel was very friendly and let us store most of our bulky luggage in their hold whilst, the food was great, the services was excellent and I was happy with the place

We spent our night at Keys Hotel before starting our safari. It is a modern clean hotel with great services. They have a friendly language that makes you feel so welcomed. I recommend them in case you visit Tanzania make a book with them. Thank you Edgar managing Director of Jiwe Adventures for your smart choice.

Our group stayed here 2 nights before and 1 night after our Kili climb. The breakfast buffet was acceptable - a variety of foods, fruit cereal and such. The evening meal and lunches however were questionable.. not sure what I ate if Im honest. We later found better restaurants and eateries in Moshi town centre. The rooms were basic but...

Our entire groups (11 climbers) prior to our climb of Kili. Although the hotel could be described as basic, the staff was friendly and more than accommodating. The food was good and the bar was fun. Best of all, our entire group made the summit!!

Yes this place has a pool, so what. The food is fantastic can't be faulted and the staff are friendly. That's where the positives end. My TV had one channel and would not retune, the trap under the sink leaked. The taps are temperamental and there are squashed bugs on the walls. The power is off daily for several hours...

We live in Dar and went to Moshi for a long weekend. We had a triple beds for USD 95/night in a little hut (this is special rate for residents). The beds were old, the bed sheets are dirty - you feel as if you could still smell somebody else's sweat on it. There is hot water for a shower,...

First time to Tanzania, but I know this hotel in Moshi is always used by colleagues who have travelled here before. Rooms in the hotel and little 2 bed bungalows near the pool. Lovely pool with plenty of shady plants to keep you out of the African blaze. Incredibly clean. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Food is good/very good....
