The staff are all very polite and accommodating, all our needs where taken care of. we enjoyed a game safari and the quad bike safari our guides where extremely knowledgeable and what...

This place could be so good. It has all the potential, just lacks a few things which would make such a big difference. The pros: - 2hr quad bike ride was fabulous! We saw most of the animals that are on the property and the guide was informative and professional. - The interior of the lodge is nice, including bar...

We stayed here for 2 nights. Accommodation is three star lodge with small en suite bathroom, set in a tranquil setting. Food is average. The evening meal menu was limited and very average, breakfast ok. What made our stay for us here was the friendly Warthog roaming the main lodge house, the peacefulness of the setting away from Mossel bay...

We spent four nights at Nyaru. The four bedroom house is magnificent and very comfortable for a large family. It is however tired and in need of maintenance . The cleaning staff need training as the hygiene is not up to standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the quad bike rides very much. After quad...

As we booked a quad bike experience telephonically in Afrikaans, the lady at the receptionist, kept speaking English. As I requested her to speak Afrikaans to me, she said in Afrikaans, she can speak Afrikaans but do not like to speak Afrikaans. This is totally unacceptable; why should we drop our home language to speak to her in English, this...

As we visited Nyaru as day visitors, I can only comment on our brief experience. We were thoroughly disappointed with this establishment. The staff are in desperate need of decent hospitality training including the lodge manager. The reserve is picturesque however we left with a sour taste. Our hostesses lacked tack and professionalism. Except for the raw chicken and items...

We stayed for 2 nights. The place is great as is close to Mosselbai but also private enough that you think you are in the middle of nowhere. We had our own lovely cabin with a small outside area for BBQ There is a nice swimming pool and nice views from the restaurant to the bush where normally you see...

On arrival we received a warm welcome. No long checkin process. Straight to the chalet and into relaxing. The chalet we had was nice. Comfortable beds. Two beds upstairs for the kids. Little kitchen and good bathroom. For dinner the menu was not extensive but this was not a problem. We tried most things and the quality was very good...

We stayed for two nights in the chalets. The breakfast's in the mornings were very average and the activities overpriced. No one was expecting us seeing that our shower wasn't even cleaned before arrival. The fridge weren't stock with all the drinks they said were available. We booked because of the discount and it's not even worth a stay with...

I should say that we didn't do any of the game things at Nyaru, we stayed as part of a wedding party for a nearby wedding. However we had two nights in the Nightjar and they were both very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing I would say though, the site is accessed up a dirt...
