One of the oldest and best hotel in Ibadan City with a lot of extra services . The hotel is affordable and the same time expensive but you will get value for your money. If you are looking for a safer place to relax and enjoy

At the top of the hill overlooking one of the oldest cities in Nigeria sits the Premier. I'm sure that in its glory, it was was something to behold. Seven stories. Bright white. Big pool and conference rooms. That may have been in the 1960s though. It's government owned as I understand. And very little has been done since. It's...

The hotel left me speechless - with shock and dismay! Premier hotel used to be THE hotel. The hotel on the hill with beautiful views; the hotel with history. Now? It's a sad relic and an example of he failure of the joint owners - the O'dua Group. Everything seems dated. The rooms - thank God we insisted on seeing...

Outdated facilties, all in need of urgent and thorough upgrade. Room was in poor condition. Bathroom door falling apart. No shower curtain so shower water cascades round your feet. No floor towel. One bath towel (with questionable stains) provided for two guests. Terrible restaurant food (chef, pls remember that fish scales need to be REMOVED before cooking). Bed was rock...

The structure is still very strong and beautification of the edifice both inside & outside should be given priority by stakeholders in order to favourably compete in the market with new ones. Sky is your limit.

I planned to stay for 7 days in Ibadan. Paid #23,500.00 per night. I had to check-out to a better hotel in Lagos. Premier hotel room had gun-shots not fixed from all long time Coup-De-Tat that took place in the hotel in the &0's. I enjoyed the most s l o w e s t internet connections. The ONLY plus...

Located in the best place possible in Ibadan, Premier hotel dashes all your hopes for something lovely when you step into the room! In serious need of refurbishment! The lobby looked okay and I was beginning to think the previous reviews were not accurate, but immediately we stepped off the elevator it dawned on me that they were probably right.

this hotel was built in 1966 and little has been done to maintain it since then. The staff are so nice but lack the tools to maintain the place. The bathroom sink is unstable, the faucet moved all over when water turned on, the toilet seat kept falling off, the shower grout was black, the carpet is never vacuumed, the...

The only good facet of the Hotel is its Location: atop the Mukola Hills, which gives a beautiful view of the Ibadan city. The rest is what to say!!! a tall order! The reception is cool, if not Cold! A feeling among staff, why did you dare to come here??? They are not courteous to the least. The decor is...

At $150 a night my expectations was high. when checking in I questioned the rate as this is a standard room rate, I was upgraded to a delux room, I dread to think what a standard room is like. No hot water, a shower that you cant stand under, dirty shower curtain and mat. Haltf the TV channels are just...
