After checking out of Diani Reef Resort and spa having spent two miserable days there, we were delighted with Kole Kole. Admittedly it is an all rounder so not one specific area excels but recommend it for all inclusive and overall size of rooms are very good. Beds are a bit hard so make use of day beds dotted around... More

We checked in with colleagues on a Thursday morning. The lone receptionist was initially overwhelmed but did manage to handle the whole group finally. The rooms are fairly large and comfy. You could choose to either have your meals at either of Baobab, Kole Kole or Maridadi restaurants which was quite welcome. The staff were friendly, great entertainment in the... More

Our Company ( 22 members ) were on a bonding/vacation trip for three nights. The Resort had an offer whereby if we stay three nights, they provide the fourth night free of charge. We were booked on an all-inclusive rate on a full board basis. We were only going to stay the three nights and therefore did not take the... More

From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a lovely stay. The staff were all very warm and friendly. We had paid for 4 nights only to learn that there was an offer running of buy 3 nights and get the 4th free. Since we had paid for 4 nights they offered us a fifth free.... More

Had a brilliant time, lots of entertainment the Jambo Animation Team is at the least brilliant with activities during the day and the excellent shows at night kudos to them. Disappointed with the way the housekeeping in the rooms and transport arrangements for the airport, but thanks to Felly at the kole kole reception and yousuf the driver who got... More

This is an awful hotel. The staff and service is rubbish, the rooms are seriously outdated, our flush and showers (we were a group of 10 and all 5 rooms had the same issues) were trickling, our water was always cold. The toilet roll... Felt like razor wire! Its SO CHEAP! The food was ok, but I didn't expect much... More

We booked 2 luxury rooms in Kole Kole. The rooms were lovely and had a view over the infinity pool and out to sea. The rooms were well equipped, spacious and comfortable. You can use the facilities of all 3 hotels so we moved between pools and restaurants. Food is available all day and the restaurants offer a wide selection.... More

Many members of our family had recommended the kole kole resort as a prime destination for a Diana beach holiday. And boy, were they right!!! The rooms were clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely (if not a bit shallow) but that was not a major problem. The animation team (especially Remmy) were outstanding and looked after the... More
