This place is pure rubbish the food is really horrible the service is horrible Cold hot water towels served with confidence at dinner leaves one wondering when they are hot. Table service poor their biggest concern is if you can pay for a drink and yet you are on full board. It's disheartening as local tourists to visit such a...

I was working at Sawela Lodges for an International Workshop in early March for 5 days. Staying at Sawela was fantastic - a wonderful, well-equipped venue located in a beautiful setting very close to Lake Naivasha. The service from staff was exceptional - I was greeted warmly by everyone I met whilst staying there and felt like they truly took...

The service was great! One of the front desk staff was very friendly and professional , he took us around the hotel to survey the kind of room we want. The rooms were spacious and the balcony area had a breathtaking view. The food was above average and variety of fresh fruits . Despite the fact that there was construction...

Sawela, like other properties in the area is in a great location. Approaching the establishment one expects more than one gets. The suites do not have socket outlets for people who are digitally connected so I have to remove a light to charge my phone and then wait for phone to charge then lap top then iPad etc .Several lights...

Nice ambience, well done lawns, fresh food and juice with mouthwatering bites of roast meat and grilled chicken. Clean and spacious rooms and well thought out interior for conferencing. I was impressed by the cinema theater...an experience I will not forget in a long time.

Was at Sawela Lodge between 6th and 11th March 2017, attending a workshop. Food was excellent, rooms are great, staff are the best I've seen/encountered in a long time. They were helpful, polite. Absolutely loved the boat-ride and our guide Joakim knew everything from history of the lake, about river nile, to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden....
