As a tour operator with Kichaka Tours and Travel,I regularly conduct site visits.I was really impressed with Fish Eagle inn in comparison to budget hotels of its class in Naivasha. It has well manicured lawns and has high standards in terms of cleanliness.Nice restaurant. The hotel is on the shores of lake Naivasha and you can enjoy boat rides.I found the...

Was attending a 2 day conference and I must give credit for their buffet, to their discredit though is that tea time snacks for the conference were mostly recycled and stale. Rooms were old and depressing especially the toilets and shower room which was also inconsistent, the t.v was also very inconsistent both sound and picture quality( and old).

Rooms were good especially the one i was in "Executive" I did not like the food. just the first day I was served with a fish not fresh. I complained bitterly and i was served with a substitute. Generally hotel management needs to be checked. Wanzugus I could see staff helping them carry their bags to and from the rooms...

We decided to upgrade to the fisheagle and we're not disappointed. Immaculately clean place on the lake in tranquil surroundings. Room and bed very comfortable. Full ala carte menu delicious all be it a touch more expensive that we had seen. In the morning were surprised by a stray giraffe.

This hotel has good rooms with a fantastic view on the lake. Very nice and friendly people. The kitchen is OK, good food, local but OK. There are house animals like 'struisvogels, kraamvogels'. Boat trips are available.

We were actually staying at 'Carnelleys' just two sites away. We found this site on recommendation, as we had planned to take a boat Safari to see the hippos. Our site had lied to us, and clearly had no intention of supplying the trip. The boat crew on Fish Eagle were brilliant, and so full of knowledge. A memorable experience...

Grounds are nice, lots of gardens and near the lake. Hotel room was very small and very dated. Water was iffy at times working from the shower, the toilet ran an extended period of time, and it was very basic. Food was good and staff were helpful, though at times slow in responding. Overall, fine for a night to visit...

I stayed in a room, but suffered badly from the noise and rowdiness of a camping group who partied all night, and were still making a noise when I got up for breakfast. This has happened on previous visits of mine to Fish Eagle, and the staff do not seem to have any control or interest over such events. The...

Staff was friendly and the place was clean but, they can do better. Most of the guests that were there that night were a little too noisy we hardly got much sleep but after a call to management it was all taken care of. All-in-all, very good service and stay
