I visited in the second week of November, 2016. Someone once invested a huge sum of money in this property because the building and the grounds are still in good shape. However, the current owners have let many of the amenities and services slip. The pool and adjacent bar were closed, leaving a lovely patio area unused. The on site...

We chose this hotel as it had a good write up in the guide book and had apparently won several tourist awards. The signs were there as we arrived as it took ages to find a member of staff. After two nights there it felt like it existed purely for the benefit of the staff and that guests were a...

Not the best hotel I stayed in in Ghana. Not that bad, reception area is okay and checked in quick, gated off so you feel safe enough. Rooms were okay but not as clean as you'd like, some of the electrics such as plug sockets not working or in great condition, lots of fly's in the bathroom. Service for breakfast...

Not recommended at all. Needs a really good clean - clean sheets and clean towels. Lights don't work Safe box doesn't work Air con sounds as though it may stop working any second - you actually cannot speak to anyone in the same room whilst the air con is working Receptionists were rather rude and uninterested in guests The security...

I am Ghanaian but the female receptionists here are terrible. The rooms are stinky, ac and fridge are dirty. I stayed four nights straight and thats the last time they're gonna see anyone close to me. Manager asked staff not to give out her contact.

Horrific from start to finish. Rude receptionist, horrific eye sore decor -they clearly had too much gold and green paint about 10yrs ago and used the lot. Room smelt rank, air-con noisy, dirty walls (no idea how walls get filthy), 'guaranteed hot water' is a joke! Double the price of some other places we stayed which were much nicer. I...

We slept in quite a few hotels in Ghana. This one presents and prices itself in the higher range. However it was both times very dirty, the room was tiny. When we went for a second towel the (new to us) receptionist said 'but its a single room'. Internet was included but didn't work. First night we pre-ordered dinner at...

I spent a night here in June 2014. The rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. They had hot water, too! The hotel staff is very nice and there's always someone at the reception 24/7, which is nice if you're coming in or coming back late. The breakfast took an extraordinarily long time to be prepared and...

Excellent good value hotel close by the Kumasi Cultural Centre. Walking distance to much of central Kumasi. Restaurant menu was more of a wish list than a choice of meals; best idea being to ask what was available and then make a choice. Rooms were comfortable with WiFi available and A/C. Run very efficiently by Marie Cobbhina. Payment, as in...

The members of staff are very friendly especially the guys that covered the night duty during our stay. ample parking space is also available. I'll most...
