Good clean rooms with aircon, great food and a good location! We have had some great BBQs in the garden and good times in the bar! The breakfast is awesome too! Try the Liliane and Kava Bars in town while you're here or a taste of the local culture! ;)

Agnes Lodge has always been a favourite spot of mine and I have stayed there many times over the past few years. It had started to get a little tired but the Manager Willy has started to put a lot of time and effort into revitalising the place. The rooms are being refurbished and carpets in the bungalows are being... More

In 1964 I left England as a Volunteer to the Methodist Mission at Munda, in the Solomon Islands. I worked on the Mission station, taught at Goldie College, spent 5 months on Ranongga Island based in Pienuna village and traveled by motorised dug-out canoe to other villages doing project works and teaching in village schools. After my one year assignment... More

Nice sunset every night with dinners. William and his staff are really friendly and making us feel very welcomed and at home. We dove a lot while we were here with Munda Dive which is located next door, really convenient. Food here is good. My favorite is Kokonda: raw reef fish with coconut milk, delicious! We really enjoy our stay... More

I did not stay overnight at this place but rather had lunch there and it proved to be a very positive experience. Good fresh local catch, friendly staff and reasonable prices while sitting on some of the most scenic stretches of water front that you will find in the Pacific Islands. I understand that they have a number of rooms... More

Suited our short business visit ideally Walking distance from the airport. Overlooks the Roviana Lagoon. Very laid back, easy going, island-style accommodation and service. Accommodation being extended - work in progress

We stayed here for a week for work. The location is magic, in the morning canoes bring people and produce to the markets just outside the Lodge. The water in the lagoon clear, flat and glassy most of the time. The bar and food is really good. Considering the isolated location the verity of food is excellent. We had a... More

The lodge has aged a little and could probably do with a makeover, but for a night or two it’s pretty good. Rooms are large and quiet and the resort is in a lovely waterfront location with the markets out the front. Meals are very good, particularly the breakfasts! The staff are super friendly and everything is clean and tidy.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean - and had all amenities required - the restaurant is average - but its remote, beautiful stunning location, fantastic people and great diving - I would return at the drop of a hat - make sure you visit skull Island
