This is a quaint, retro place. Very clean and comfortable. Very dog friendly at no extra charge. The place is old therefore the rooms are small but everything works. The carpet and bedding are all pretty new and in great shape. The 32" tv, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are new. The friendly owners work hard to offer a safe,...

Old and run down but relatively clean. Owners seemed nice. If you do not expect much you so b t be disappointed. Really set the bar low. No, lower. It's cheap and slightly more comfortable than sleeping in the driveway. Good luck.

Stopped here for the night on way to football game in Fayetteville, AR based on responses from other guests. Room was clean, stocked and secure. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Owner/Mngr met us after hours to check us in fairly late at night. Shower was older and water was SCORCHING hot, which isn't really a problem but be warned.

Stayed here with my husband one floating week end. Very quaint. The owners were very sweet and helpful. Room was eclectic and reminded me of the old hotels in Amarillo, Tx where I grew up. The morning breakfast was great. Just like my momma used to make. It's not for everyone, but we enjoyed it so much, my friends and...

Loved staying at this place. Rooms were clean. All rooms have mini-fridge and microwave and flat-screen TVs. Beds were comfortable and AC kept the room cool. Breakfast was yummy. Diane is a sweetheart. The only problem we had was the GPS directions. Now I know to google Ozark Acres and it will take you straight there! About 30 minutes from...

We usually stay at Hilton properties but they were sold out from Jonesboro to Springfield...found this little gem from TripAdvisor reviews - great find. Miss Diane came back at 10pm to let us in to a clean and comfortable room....yes it's dated and eclectic, but it's clean! Slept like rocks and had a tasty home cooked breakfast! Day hello to...

Charming place! It's old and small, but immaculate with modern amenities including WiFi and large flat screen TV with good cable service including a couple of movie channels included. Incredibly nice inn keepers and great home cooked breakfast.

Absolute best place we have stayed in years! They offer everything you can want with a room and place. Clean, free wifi, flat screen TV with lots of channels, free breakfast with a personal touch and beautiful views... Richard & Diane offer very friendly service and rates I have not seen in years. Would give more stars if possible!

An older motel but very clean and maintained. Breakfast was very good with good cinnamon rolls and the owner was very friendly. Very comfortable bed. A good economical room for a lay over. Wifi was free and fast.

Yes, it's an old motel but the owners keep it very clean! We enjoyed our two nights there while visiting my brother and his family. We had our dogs with us and it was great that they let pet's stay too!
