We were booked into Kwetsani but told a week before arriving that we were being upgraded to Jao because Kwetsani's annual renovations weren't going to be completed before our arrival. Too bad. We were not impressed with the "premium" Jao camp. Wish we could have stayed here instead. Basically same location as Jao with more of a "bush" feel.

Dear Luv2TravelFarNWide, We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you, due to unforeseen circumstances the renovations were not complete on time. We hope you will be able to return to Africa and experience the finished result. Lying in the very heart of the Okavango Delta, the Jao Reserve embodies all the magic and mystique of the...

I still daydream that I'm back in there and hope to return one day soon! Dan, Charmaine, Ras (our super guide) and all the Kwetsani team were amazing and made our trip truly remarkable. We felt like old friends stopping by for a visit. We had some amazing sightings (all by chance, we know!) and were blown away by how...

We recently stayed at Kwetsani for just 2 short nights. We were very well cared for by Charmaine and Dan, and also our own guide Moyo who shared his great knowledge with us. We saw many animals even tho' things were fairly dry. The care, effort and attention from all staff made our stay here one of the best experiences...

We sincerely hope you are able to return during the wet...

Three of my friends and I recently stayed at Kwetsani on our first safari, and it was everything we were expecting. Despite missing big cat sightings (although others who were there at the same time did), we still had an amazing experience. Ras - who was our guide throughout our four day stay - was absolutely top notch. We really...

This is how the GMs greeted us each time we came back from a game drive: a cool towel and a warm welcome. They really made us feel at home, like part of the family.
