It shows that this used to be a higher end hotel that is starting to go downhill...the rooms are dated, the mattresses are old and the sheets smell musty. It was just ok. The service in the restaurant was good and the pizza delicious! The pool was well kept but c-c-c-c-cold!

I went for a Huawei conference since their office is in this hotel. They treated me really bad, I don't know if they hate this Chinese company or what, but they didn't let me pass through the lobby but instead redirected me by the side door. They did not let me use the lobby bathroom in several occasions. Terrible

It is the hotel I choose in Caracas. It has a very good rooms and it is very well located, in front of Altamira Square, close to good restaurants, in front of PDVSA La Estancia and close to East Park. Down side, at the office we call it as Mausoleum, lobby is very quiet, a bit dark and usually no...

Hotel with fantastic luxury amenities, with good rooms, food and fantastic meetings rooms for a Weeding. The Hotel does not have a bar or restaurant (only 1 restaurant) at the pool, no music at the lobby, a bar should open at the Lobby of the Hotel at least. Service should improve and the rooms are good but the management should...

After two years went back to Caracas and stayed here for a conference, I knew the hotel when it was part of the Four Seasons group, at that time was the best hotel in Caracas and had one of the best restaurants in the city as well. Nowadays things are a little bit different, check in took a long time...

Great place, good location and good facilities in the hotel (gym, restaurant, sauna, etc.). The hotel is located in a quiet location, and it's close to other restaurants, there's a Metro nearby. Due to the massive traffic in Caracas I would recommend to leave the hotel around 3hs in advance just to make sure you'll arrive on time at the...

Caracas, a crazy, noisy, but beautiful city. The lovely Caracas Palace is a calm little enclave in the city. The rooms were a good size, even in the standard. Huge beds, palatial bathrooms (with additional shower, not over bath), and many added features like a good writing desk and great TV. The spa/gym/pool area was wonderful. During the weekdays there...

This is my second stay at the Palace. I compare this to other stays at the Marriott, Embassy, Lidotel, Gran Melia and others. The Caracas Palace is by far the best hotel in the city. North Americans and Europeans may be drawn to the familiar names of Marriott, Hilton, Renaissance, but those hotels have worse amenities, worse service, and are...

I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel, which is located in one of the more pleasant (and safer) parts of Caracas. I stayed in a double room, which was of a good size - immaculately clean, comfortable bed, cable TV with English language and Spanish channels, lots of storage space, in-room safe, a large bathroom with separate shower...

This is a luxuriously appointed hotel, nice rooms and pool area. Huge gym with new equipment. Front desk staff is good, bi-lingual, helpful, and check in has always gone smoothly. Unfortunately, the excellent bar and restaurant "Diagonal" around the pool area has been closed down. That bar had some of the best drinks anywhere and the food was excellent. The...

“Cjheck your hot water when you arrive. Let it run for at least 10-15 minutes if you don't have hot water. We had several instances of no hot water as the hotel appeared to be having trouble with its boiler. Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, but this is Caracas!”
