This small family owned hotel with a pub and restaurant is in an old building right in the centre of Crickhowell. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The Standard room we stayed in (10) had recently been refurbished and everything was clean and of good quality. The only downside was the bathroom which had a sloping ceiling and not really suitable for...

This is the first time we've been back since staying here 5 years ago, and we were delighted to find it was every bit as good as we remembered. Fabulous service, stunning food, great atmosphere and location, what more could you want? I can't wait to go back again!

We have just completed a two day stay at this Inn, it is being refurbished to a high standard, and our room was finished nicely, with a lot of thought having gone into the simple yet effective decor. We found all the staff very friendly, and the ambiance in the Bar and Restaurant area was excellent. My rating is VERY...

The staff were all very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast local produce, very good quality. Dinner was fantastic on both nights, the child's menu was far better than most, homemade with fresh produce, and...

Stayed at the dragon inn for one night mid week the room was very clean with en-suite bathroom only thing was that whoever fitted the bathroom mirror must have been tall. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant that night with a good selection on the menu, there was a good choice of either continental or cooked breakfast.

We visited the Dragon Hotel for a special family birthday meal, from the time we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was to much trouble for our waiter whose name was Tom, he was lovely and friendly. The food was excellent, I recommend the cheesecake!
