Great hotel good location for walking to Table Mountain. Spa needs a bit of updating but perfectly fine pool and sauna. Plenty of room in our room number 7. Very friendly staff. Food is 5 star. Definitely will return.

Do you have a gardener at The Manor Hotel? At the entance to your Crickhowell property there is an ancient site called the Gwernvale Chambered Tomb. Last year (2015) on our return from three weeks in Wales we stopped to view the burial chamber. It was terribly overgrown with vines and shrubbery. Again, this year after another three week trip in Wales we stopped by hoping your garden staff might have taken better care of the ancient site since last year's visit. But, no. The site was again in a deplorable state. Gwernvale Chambered Tomb is an example of Wales' ancient heritage and should be respected and taken care of properly. Please take the time to clean the vines and shrubbery off the stones of this ancient burial chamber and respect it's integrity and history.

Unfortunately the tomb is not on our property, it is part of Crickhowell Historical Society. We are not allowed to do any maintenance or cleaning of the site.
