On arrival I was rather put off by the peeling exterior of the hotel and I wasn't hugely impressed by my room, although it was clean and had everything one needed. However, as time went on I started to wish I could sprinkle some fairy dust to help put right these deficiencies as it turned out to be a brilliant...

Stayed in the Neuadd Arms for 2 nights. The owners and staff were super attentive, they looked after us wonderfully. They are honest about the hotel. The value for money was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The guided walks were excellent and the food and cakes amazing.

This does not appear to be the tidiest or cleanest of places but the service and food are very good (they have a high food hygiene rating). Prices are reasonable. Have not stayed here so unable to comment on accommodation of evening meals.

Two day stop over. This is a very old property so has some challenges in keeping it up to date but the rooms themselves are comfortable and clean. For the price I don't think you can ask more than that. Bar is good with a great selection of beers on tap, and pub menu with huge portions - all reasonably...

We came for an improntu weekend and having read the reviews thought we knew what to expect. "Tatty" doesnt even start to cover it. There was thick dust in the room, wires hangng down, rotten windows, badly patched plasterboard on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. We had a chuckle looking forward to the promised excellent food. It was disappointigly unappetising...

Super pub grub, varied menu, fabulous friendly atmosphere, best ever homemade chips! This establishment is actually on my doorstep. The reason I have written a review is that over the last few months I have eaten at many pub/restaurants and value for money, I have to say that nothing betters The Neuadd Inn!

Outside the hotel looks, well, a bit unprepossessing. However, just go inside and enjoy a lovely country hotel. The highlight is the beer, cider and Perry selection. At least half a dozen beers are brewed on site and they're all cracking. Local ciders and perrys are scummy too. Food is honest pub grub, excellently priced. We were made very welcome...

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful hospitality. Stayed in the clean, comfortable and tidy cottage within the hotel grounds. Good breakfast and evening meals, excellent real ales from its own brewery in this hotel of character. A decent place to base yourself for the nearby car rallying and picturesque countryside. Also, biker friendly.
