The first impression on arriving at the entrance is WOW sadly it is downhill from there. They have so I was told spent £6,000,000 on refurbishment of the entrance with their very impressive Glass Atrium and lots of glass work inside. Pity they didn't spend it on a bit more refurbishment. The Hotel looks tired and worn with "Gaffer" tape...

Our room was fine - clean and well appointed. Meals were excellent and the grounds were very pleasant. However, trying to see a show in the evening or have a dance was almost impossible, we couldn't get a seat as people seemed to be claiming them before one would have thought they could have eaten their dinner. The general ambience...

Considering we paid out quite a lot of money hoping for a luxury Christmas and New Year we were very disappointed. We couldn't sleep the first night due to a noisy motor in the adjacent plant room ( I suspect it just needed a drop of oil). I complained FIVE times about this before anything was done. Nobody seemed interested....

I would like to add my disappointment regarding the seating arrangements. Warner's have increased the amount of people they cater for but have not made the entertainment area any larger. This is made worse by reserving tables for people who pay extra for the new rooms. I am also a consierge member and feel second class to this system. I...

Hotel is fine and I would agree with the majority of reviews regarding rooms hotel and food. My complaint is regarding the overcharging on drinks. We purchased bottles of red wine in advance and were given a 10% discount, all very nice until you realise that the bottle of wine you are buying at nearly £17.00 a bottle you can...

As expected "ALL" the staff in every department were very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble, especially in the Mulberry Lounge. I'd like to mention Niamh, in particular, who we have met on several visits, as she is always cheery and goes that extra mile to look after customers and exchange good natured banter without being intrusive....

This was our second visit to a Warners Hotel, the last was at Cricket St. Thomas in 2015. We travelled with a coach party arriving around 6pm.
