Great rooms, friendly staff, beautiful scenery and simply delicious food.the complex would have got a 5 star rating except for the facts that it didn't let us know that the castle part was closed till sometime in May(one reason we chose this Warner camp)and also for the fact that the rest of the clientel were "old"!Now don't get me wrong,my wife and...

We have just returned from an excellent 4 night break, we booked a Signature Room with all the added extras. Clean room - beds were really comfy. Food was amazing. Great entertainment every night. My daughter enjoyed dancing with the friendly staff when I ran out of steam.

We had room 527 which was comfy & clean. Bottle of wine & easter eggs/crisps/biscuits & lots of tea bags!. Lovely to have milk in the fridge instead of those horrid little milks. Food was brilliant, can't think of any complaints, good choice. Natasha the Waitress was very good, swift very pleasant. My 2 gripes about room was water so...

We arrived at a large modern castle complex, set in several acres of countryside. There are fields, woodland and gardens to explore. We found ourselves in a twin, 'signature' room, which I believe is an upgraded room. We had only booked a standard. The room was large and comfortable, with a lobby area leading to the bathroom, with bath, with...

There was a 'meet and greet' as we drove up to the hotel to give us directions. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and quick. Initially found it difficult to navigate around the buildings, but soon got used to the lay-out. Royale (Tudor) room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The room we were in had steps up and down...

This castle is set in a lovely location with lots of sights to go and visit around the area. The food here was excellent and I have been here twice. It is an adult only hotel with great sized rooms which are very comfortable and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. The cafe has a large selection of cakes,...

Hello, I was so pleased to read that you found the bedroom, food, staff and entertainment 10/10, therefore I was saddened to read that you would not return to us due to the chairs. We hope to see you enjoying another Warner hotel with GB tours in the near future. Yours sincerely, Claire Fletcher GM
