The room was clean and well presented, food was ok, the main problem is the bar is open till midnight, and the loud music made it impossible to sleep, I got dressed and went down to the bar at 12.15, and asked what time the music finished, it was very loud with only about 6 people in the bar, I...

Second time I’ve stayed at the Tal Y Don with my dog & once again I was not disappointed. The hotel is ideally suited to dog owners, being across the road from the beach where dogs are allowed all year round. The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean & had to drag myself out of the bed it was that...

This was a lovely place to stay. All rooms above a pub but there was no noise at night and we were on the front overlooking the high street. Breakfast was superb and very hot. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Basic and a little dated but I had no complaints. Location brilliant. Close to beach and in the high...

Stayed one night here last week in a family and a double room. Great location in the middle of town and rooms a bit above average for this type of establishment. Wifi and Sky Signal a bit poor on the top floor but it wasn't a problem for me on this particular occasion. We ate there in the evening and...

Haven't stayed here but seriously thinking about it! Nice central location and friendly staff and locals in the bar. Food was good too, scampi in a basket, fantastic!! I liked the fact that dogs are welcome here as well, doesn't happen everywhere. Will definitely be going again!

Visited this pub for Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. Food was great, beef cooked perfectly and plenty of veg too. We were so impressed that we visited again later in the week and enjoyed another lovely meal. Plenty of choice on the menu and specials board. My only minor complaint was that the music was too loud in the...

Well all I can say is how tasty and gorgeous the food was. We came in and felt welcomed by the staff. I had a burger and it was presented great in a basket and all cooked really nice. Partner had a steak and it was cooked perfectly and he loved the homemade peppercorn sauce and said its the best...
