Great wee site, a few miles out of Gairloch but in the dunes, 3 minute walk to the beach, small football field, aerial runway, small park but lots of open space. Sites well spaced out and a mix of tourers, tents, statics and wigwams. Very friendly in reception and good restaurant on site serving basic pub grub (pizza was not...

We stayed in the sands caravan and camping house as a treat for my birthday. The house is amazing. So much space, really well equipped and a lovely garden. There are boxes of toys for the kids, lots of books, a high chair and travel cot, a swing and sandpit in the garden and outdoor toys for the kids in...

The site covers a large area with 3 amenities blocks. Set in the dunes behind a lovely sandy beach, if it is windy you can camp low down in the dunes or calm go higher up for sea views. Lots of smallish grassy areas provide more intimate places to pitch rather than one great expanse of grass. Pitches for tents...

Since 2012 when we found this place quite by accident, we've been coming back every year at Easter and sometimes during summer too. We've stayed in wigwams, tents and even a static caravan one year when our tent was destroyed by high winds 😂 The facilities are exceptional, the tranquility unsurpassable and the scenery unmissable. We walk, run, cycle all...

We were up for three days visiting family and stayed in a Wigwam. It had a gorgeous view of Longa, an island directly in front of the camp, the sand dunes and Skye. The picnic table in front was great for breakfast and dinner, and there was a fire pit we used every might. We were able to cook outside...

We camped and my parents rented a holiday caravan. Campsite as brilliant as it always is; holiday caravan clean, well equipped, warm and great views. On site café a definite bonus. Easy to get to, lovely safe beach and very dog friendly. Inverewe gardens, Ullapool and lots of fab places to see and experience and none too far away. We...

This place is a pearl of Scotland. We was very lucky with weather, it was so warm and sunny. You can bring your dog with you which was great, my girl had a best time of her life. The view from a camp side is breathtaking. It has beautiful sandy beach. You can choose your own spot. Best place ever.

Clean. Plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Showers and toilet areas are well maintained. If found up this area again we would definitely stay over. Freezer and fridge facilities in the communal building are a bonus too
