We booked one night here on short notice (like, 15 minutes before we arrived!) after our other accommodation fell through. Although some may find this type of hotel a little old fashioned, or even a bit tired, we actually really enjoyed our night here. We loved it for the family room we stayed in and for the self-serve bar right...

This is the sister hotel to the old inn, probably a very old sister ! The old girl screams at you, Please Help Me !! She is in dire need of a make over, don't get me wrong it's still comfortable & serviceable for now, breakfast is the only meal they do, it's ok,the staff are the only saving grace....

Stayed here for 1 night whilst doing the north coast 500 tour. Requested the sea view room and was granted it. This is a beautiful room with a four poster bed over looking the sea. Rooms was clean, bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and welcoming. The only minor problem we had was finding the...

We stayed here for 2 nights and thought it was really good. The room we stayed in was clean with a fantastic view. The hotel wasn't a modern or fancy place but was quirky and comfortable We found the staff friendly and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel was just over the...

The hotel is not of high quality, and everything about it is designed to keep costs low. The family room we stayed in was not large. Tiny 1980s TV and no wifi in the room. The breakfast is buffet style, so apart from having the food cooked, guests have to do everything themselves including pouring tea or coffee. The location...

We stayed here for one night because of its location. I can only say that this hotel needs to improve for me to go back. Although the rooms where clean, they we're small and dated, and the beds where very uncomfortable. The water pressure also caused problems while showering. Disappointing breakfast. I think a full refit is long over due....

The room was clean. The tv was very small at ceiling height and very difficult to watch. The breakfast was buffet style with limited choice. The hotel itself did not feel welcoming and there was just something about it that I didn't like.

This hotel is in a good location and I can't fault the staff who were very pleasant and helpful. Our room which had 2 bunk beds in it and the smallest double bed which was clean enough but the TV was an old model on which we could only find BBC London !!!! The bathroom was definitely needing some TLC...

We just stayed for just one night, the room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was not the best I've had, but was adequate. I would definitely stay there again and the hotel was in a nice peaceful location.

We've just spent 3 nights at the Gairloch Highland Lodge. Overall very good. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Good facilities in room. Breakfast a little disappointing for the price as others have pointed out. Didn't realise it was brought in from the Old Inn next door. Would be so much nicer to be freshly cooked but it was OK. We ate...
