We booked here so that we could have a night away from home - not too far - but also so that we could take our 2 dogs. The owners couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming to us and the dogs. The room was lovely and clean, it was warm and there was ample room for the 2 of...

We stayed here for one night in August 2016. The suite was immaculate and very spacious and it looked new. The breakfast was excellent and the service provided was very good. There is a also a restaurant in the hotel however we didn't get the chance to try it due to our arrival time as it was booked up. The...

The Saddle was a lovely place to stay.Positioned easy to find and a lovely old building. Very cosy and homely and made to feel welcome by the owners. Our room was very comfortable and warm and the breakfast was lovely!

This has a lot going for it. It is a wonderful location, there is good parking and the very best thing is having Hooked Restaurant (see separate review) in the dining room. We had a suite and it was good to have a good sitting area - even if strange to have to go into the "kitchen" to hand up...

Great value, great location. Don't be put off by the kerb appeal at the back of the building by the car park , it hides a little gem. Room was very good and clean , not great views but we didn't pay extra for that . The location is right in the middle of the main St next to pubs...

Myself and my partner were looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable that would allow us to bring our dog - we weren't dissapointed! The Saddle is located on the main street in Alnmouth, less than 5 minutes walk away from the beach, which our dog loved! The likes of Alnwick Castle and Alnwick Garden are only 10 mins drive away...

Stayed here over the August Bank Holiday weekend - we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Alnwick was full so we plumped for this bed and breakfast in nearby Alnmouth instead - and are so pleased we did. Everything was lovely - superb service, the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice - don't miss the Crastor Kippers - a...

We used this b&b on our travels back from Scotland. The main reason was that it was pet friendly. Little did we know what a fantastic place we discovered. Really friendly, lovely staff and fantastic breakfasts. Room was really comfortable a clean. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful place, with friendly staff and very clean comfortable rooms with a modern, homely feel. Breakfast service was very good, with clean cooked breakfasts and cereal/porridge/fruit options too. Looked like the best place in the village.
