A great last minute find! Booked at 2pm, arrived at 4pm. Nice welcome to a lovely property. Would have rated 5 stars, but the quirky plumbing in 'Charlotte' was a bit of a struggle. Good wifi and great breakfast more than made up for it...More

Lovely village and house. Andy and Ryan are the perfect hosts. Room a good size and very adequate for a weekend away. Breakfast was very good. Loved the Cheese omelette. Worth visiting if only for the Lemon Drizzle cake.
