The Premier Inn Boston Hotel is often commended for its spotless rooms and the friendliness of its staff, who strive to meet guests' needs despite some reports of slow service at peak times. While the hotel's atmosphere is seen as cozy, it’s also considered somewhat outdated and subject to noise, and opinions on value fluctuate, with some guests finding it reasonably priced and others questioning the value for money.
Amenities generally receive positive feedback, although the wifi speed has been a point of contention for some travelers.

Stayed here Friday 27th September for the air show arrived around 16:30 all the staff was polite and welcoming and very helpful the rooms was spotless absolutely no complaints about this hotel
The dining hall we had dinner it was very busy arrived at 7pm was told it’s about a 45 min wait for food that was understandable as it was extremely busy. Got our food around 8pm ish but didn’t really mind as we just sat chatting ect. The food come out hot and fresh
No complaints at all to be honest not even about the wait it’s all understandable

Myself & my husband just had a really lovely stay at this Premier Inn. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The receptionist who was called Anna was simply lovely, she made us feel welcome, just us information on a taxi company as we were visiting the Gilderdrome. She was really lovely & credit to the Premier Inn Company. Well done Anna 🌹😃 The room was clean & fresh and we had a lovely nights sleep. All in all a very good stay. Thank you x

On a quick visit to Boston this Premier Inn ticked all the boxes for me. Lovely sleep in a comfortable bed with no noise, although this may change in the summer as the pub is opposite. A warm friendly greeting on arrival from helpful staff, you know if you have any questions/problems that they will be dealt with efficiently. Excellent location and just a short walk across the car park to the pub for food, can recommend the breakfast, great value for money and piping hot.

Staff friendly but the place is looking a bit bland and rather tired. Bathroom especially with peeling paint on skirting and stained toilet seat. Rooms facing the busy road are noisy and with reception below our room, inconsiderate people leaving or arriving mean sleep can be broken. Not really what I expect from a Premier Inn. Car park in need of resurfacing. Brewers Fayre no better. Toilets out of order (seems to be a common theme as our local one also has awful toilets). Pleasant staff but bad ordering system with no App meant a 15 minute queue in a not very busy restaurant. Meal ‘deal’ didn’t seem to be good value at almost the same price for one person as we paid for the room At this rate I think I will have to look elsewhere for hotels and avoid the RyanAir model of hard-to-find ‘cheap’ headline pricing with everything extra, that Premier Inn seems to favour. Slow wifi can be upgraded for a fee. If you must stay here get a room away from the front car park and check out The Ball House pub / restaurant 15 min walk down well lit pavement which has working toilets and good food.

We usually use Premier Inns for Overnight stays and the Boston one is top on our list. We have stayed there several times and the staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. The room is always spotless and the windows open rather than sealed units which is important to us.

Strangley there were only triple rooms available on my works provider so I booked one as had no other option for £91, I didnt mind as I figured I would get more towels, because they are small and rough generally. Arrived and was charged £103 and was surprised to see I had a standard room which was freezing cold and smelt of damp in the bathroom (133). Someone paid £81 for the same room as I waited. Anyway got an extra heater walked around on the sticky carpet and washed in the stained bath with no overflow cap which stank and slept. Went for breakfast looked to see no fried eggs and not much around and it was 700am the lady said the coffee machine wasn’t working and it was the sachets from the rooms. I explained coffee was important and left, i went to McD’s instead which was awesome. No one was on reception so I waited and they appeared from an office so I asked why I was overcharged for the room I didn’t even get they said it was my provider adding a charge but that isnt true, I said the breakfast was awful with no coffee and I didn’t want it. Anyway no refund got ripped off for a rubbish freezing room with banging doors and bright lights coming in through the curtains. Dont go! I only went because I had to and work paid for it. Do go independent they care more and it might be warm too, the place was freezing
And cue the corporate BS right now (see below)

I stay weekly here when I'm on placement at the hospital. Great location! Takes me 2 minutes to get to work.
The staff are so lovely always very chatty and smiley and nothing is too much trouble. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste once and they found me some I could use😊
The rooms are good they are clean and beds are comfy. Just what you need. Can't hear much from the rooms. One night I didn't have nice neighbors that were playing the guitar at 10pm at night😂but used the fan as white noise and blocked this out. But every other night was fab!
Good parking and nice to have the option to eat across the road. Have had the breakfast a few times but is getting abit expensive especially when I only have a small appetite so don't get my moneys worth😅
Prices can be expensive at times £90 + this causes me to stay else where because it's just not worth paying that price for premier inn. But when £50-£60 worth every penny.
Highly recommended premier inn. But when prices are expensive there are a lot of very nice family run hotels in Boston for £80 price range so recommend to check these out.

Recently stayed at this Premier Inn, having stayed at several before. This, by far, is the worst we have stayed at. The smell of damp hit you as soon as you went into the room. The room itself was very tired, in desperate need of a refurb, paint was coming off and all looked rather shabby, the toilet also wasn’t working properly. The car park as others have mentioned also needs a resurface. The Brewer’s Fayre where you have breakfast for want of a better word is ‘grubby’ it really is extremely tired. Walking past cigarette ends to get in you then enter the pub which really needs to be redecorated, lightbulbs out, sticky floor etc. The amount of people having breakfast meant that things were running out, as soon as hot food came out there was then no plates, no hash browns at all and a long wait if you need to order items. I have to say that on this occasion we were glad to leave, finding it a very different premier inn to others we have stayed in, a let down in standards compared to others.

I stay at Premier Inn's regularly when visiting family and this is the wort experience at any Premier Inn yet. I was disgusted on this trip of the quality of my stay. To begin with when we arrived room essentials had forgotten to be provided - Towels, Pillows, Tea Coffee etc. This was resolved however the housekeeper didn't seem thrilled to be providing these items. To further this on closer inspection of the bedding there appeared to be multiple stains and marks all over the duvet and sheets. This is where the problems continue to get worse. On the ceiling of this room there appeared to be large patches of black mould which when reported we were told the message would be passed on to housekeeping for them to deal with. However on return to the room after housekeeping had been nothing had been done about any of the incident mentioned above. We discovered during the stay that the extractor in the bathroom didn't work which would have been the cause of this black mould build up we believe. Finally we noticed on the wall where the radiator sat - Large char lines which didn't give us much confidence in the safety of the system during the stay so it remained of during the period. I shall not be staying at this Premier Inn again and hope that someone sorts this situation out with the building and me.

We visited as a family and had booked three rooms - 1 double and 2 family rooms. On check in Josh could see that the rooms we had been allocated had been placed at different ends of the hotel so he took the time to change our rooms and made sure that we were all close to each other. This was really appreciated! Staff ensured that our sons medication could be kept in the fridge and were available for us to get it on the two evenings we needed to. Breakfast was across the carpark in the restaurant and we all enjoyed the food. Overall we had a great stay and felt the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially wanted to thank Josh, Mollie and Mark who went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly, thank you.
