A beautiful guest house in a perfect location run by Mike and Mary who are a helpful and welcoming couple. Stayed in the Brunyee Room which is very comfortable with it's own large bathroom. Breakfast is superb, especially when eaten on the terrace in the sunshine. We stayed here at the end of our driving holiday which covered England, France...

Have just spent a delightful 3 nights at coswarth house. Lovely, friendly hosts - excellent accomodation and really tasty breakfasts. Nothing was too much bother for them. We will certainly return.

My wife and I stayed three nights at Coswarth House at the end of June. What can I say - it's all been said! Excellent - throughly recommend - what every small hotel /B&B should be like! Hopefully we will return!

These guys have it just right ! Great attention to detail, quality decoration and fittings, a comfy bed in a spacious room with a huge bathroom, there really is not much else you could need. Except of course for Mike's freshly cooked breakfast which was a delight. They even have parking - in Padstow! and are only three minutes walk...

We would echo what everyone else has said, a beautiful place and lovely people. Gorgeous room, lovely big bathroom, nice breakfast sitting out in the garden overlooking the sea - what more could you ask for? We only stayed one evening but had a lovely meal in a restaurant thoughtfully booked for us by Mike. The town is within easy...

We join in the general praise of this beautiful gem of a b&b. It was a surprise few days for my husband's 60th birthday plus our 2 friends in the same position. Couldn't have been better - they were very impressed with our find! Mike and Mary are perfect hosts - by the time we left we felt we should...

As with anything that is rated so high you know that there is always a chance that you will be let down as your expectations are unrealistic, however not in this case. The Choswarth really is worth all the praise that is heaped upon it. The room, Brunyee, was absolutely wonderful and the bathroom was fantastic. The room was immaculate,...

Despite untypical Padstow weather(for us) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mary and Mike's little gem of a Band B.We discovered Coswarth House through Trip Advisor and it fully lived up to all the favourable comments which attracted us to the House. Good luck to Mary and Mike and their forthcming events and thanks again. Steph and Dennis

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely spacious room and private bathroom. Great attention to detail which makes them stand out from the rest. Breakfast is either in your room or on the terrace. We can recommend both.

I highly recommend Coswarth House, It is the best B&B / Guesthouse we have stayed in since visiting Welgelegan Guesthouse, Cape Town. Mike and Mary's outstanding attention to detail is to be commended. The bedroom (Garden) was both spacious & comfortable, the bathroom a delightfully bright room with excellent shower and a fab bath overlooking the estuary. Breakfast is served...
