We love this hotel. It's intimate, cosy, classy and friendly. First time using the Gorgous treatment rooms and WOW! Catherine gave me the best deep tissue back massage ever. Also surprisingly some very good skin care advice. Her suggestions are already working. The staff here balance friendliness with professionalism perfectly and nothing seems any trouble. Beds are super comfortable. Food...

My partner and I had a wonderful 2 night break a fortnight ago and I cannot sing enough praises about our stay. Our room, Chanterelle was spacious and luxurious with a balcony overlooking the delightful grounds towards the river. During the warmer months, their boat is available to hire and we cant wait to return to experience this delight. The...

We booked Chanterelle, through Secret Escapes, but with great assistance from Liam who allocated the exact room that we wanted - they are all photographed on the website....

My daughter and I had the most amazing facials and back massages here. The therapists really tailored the treatments to our specific requirements and skin types. I have experienced lots of beauty treatments and this was certainly one of he best. The massage movements were vaired not just the typical effluerage (stroking massage movement ) I didn't let on that...

We booked an overnight stay through Secret Escapes and were delighted with our choice. The room allocated to us was split level, not ideal as I have mobility difficulties but Mike, the Duty Night Manager dealt with this immediately and moved us to Hawthorn suite which was perfect. The food, staff and ambience of the hotel were all excellent. We...

Lovely night and morning spent being spoilt with good food nice room and good treatments. The dinners are good and breakfast was impressive with the quality of ingredients. Room was above reception so some noise during the afternoon and evening but quiet at night.
