Well....... I can't for the life of me, understand how there are so many negative reviews about this hotel. I booked a groupon deal for two nights. After reading some really awful reviews, I emailed the hotel to voice my concerns. I was there to recuperate after an operation and I could definately do without any of the upset described...

We were met at reception promptly and given directions to our room, pool and the bar. The pool, spa, sauna and steam room were very clean and the hotel/rooms were also clean. The hotel was...

We booked via booking.com on the morning that we stayed, when we arrived, the hotel didn't have our details, who's fault this is we don't know. Luckily they had a spare room. We were told where to find our room and the swimming pool. We had a look around...

When we booked in at the hotel we found our rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel. When we booked the 2 rooms we expected them to be close to...

Very disappointed.. No spa was available during our two day stay and the main reason for booking in first place, we were never made aware by any staff (closed for maintenance)and when stating our disappointment, was abruptly told is was nothing to do with them as it was run by separate people. And as we'd come on a voucher offer,...
