Very on Child friendly hotel Children can only use the swimmingpool pool in the early morning. Since there has come new management the Standard has gone down dramaticlly. I was a gold memeber, but would rather go to Holiday inn after the new management. There also use to be smoking rooms which no longer is availble. the manager is rude,...

Having stayed a few months ago and had some minor niggles I had another business trip planned a decided to try again and see if things were any better! As it is already obvious from the recent reviews clearly things are going downhill at the CP not getting better, I have no idea why but there is now an empty...

I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns Crowne Plazas due to my job, however on this occasion it was a personal visit. However I must confess this has to take the prise for the worst Crowne Plaza I have had the misfortune to stay at. In need of redecoration, main reception, net curtains grey and in need of a...

I have delayed posting my review because I was so very angry at the poor service delivered by the staff at this hotel. My husband booked this hotel for us to have a relaxing night away for an early birthday treat. We regularly stay at IHG hotels so thought we were in for a treat coming to a Crowne Plaza....

Mmmm - this was an interesting one. First time in a while I booked without checking Tripadvisor. £72 for a Friday night, it had a pool, spa, gym etc - what could go wrong? At check in there was a huge queue, eventually we were told we hadn't booked, we had our printed receipt fortunately, our room wasn't ready but...

A very lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. The room was large and spacious with two extremely comfortable beds. Good value at £80 however breakfast wasn't included and was an extra £15 each! The hotel is a bit out of the way and cost £8 to get a taxi into town. Marlow is a beautiful place.

I visited Crown Plaza Marlow with my wife, my 4 year old boy and my 9 month old baby. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. We paid £192.00 for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday. We had a room with 2 very comfortable double beds including breakfast every morning and access to the very impressive leisure facilities and we booked...

The hotel is in need of an update. Our room wasn't very clean and left 2 towels for a family room of 4. Noisy children running around the bar unsupervised. Dinner was really good, but breakfast not great. The 40 min wait for the bill to be corrected was a joke..
