The front of house staff were amazing - we were only on B & B as we like many guest they have were off to the Hand & Flowers (tom Kerridge pub with 2 Michelin stars) for dinner. Regrettably the internet / wifi was not good. Unlike many Premier Inns - this building is old - thus the rooms are... More

This hotel was in an excellent location, right next to a great selection of shops and restaurants. As usual bed was very comfortable and our room was really spacious. Brilliant place for a winter break.

We stayed here for the night as we were dining at the Hand and Flowers. This is our second stay here and again we were very pleased with the hotel and the staff. I would like to say that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We mentioned on Check in that we were going to be eating at... More

Staff was incredibly nice! Rooms were gorgeous, beds were huge, comfy with awesome pillows and nice colours all over the place. It was awesome there was coffee and tea in my room at all times too :) Everything was clean, bathroom was great too. Good location, close to shops, restaurants, pubs etc, and close to river. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and with supplementary heating so quite warm enough. Would stay there again. Lots of interesting and attractive places to visit in the area, and very handy for the Thames path. We walked to Henley.

Stayed here overnight with friends for a meal at Tom Kerridge's Hand & Flowers. Expensive as Premier Inns go, especially as we booked well in advance, but not being one of the most up-to-date properties we found it rather more 'worn' looking and less practally laid out. The room was up to normal premier standards with a comfortable bed, but... More

Not your average Premier Inn! The building is very quirky, with small corridors and characterful rooms; the pub attached next door is very good too and the location is outstanding. However the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional. Jason on the front desk was warm, kind and extremely helpful with regards to a good walk and advice on... More

We stayed here for a 45th wedding anniversary but unfortunately we couldn't sleep as the bed was so hard. The bath was very small and a bulk head came out over one end is a problem, if like me, you are tall as it is easy to bang your head. We didn't bother and set off home early. A shame... More
