Excellent sea view, clean, a little outdated especially the bathroom and tub. The breakfast offers many food possibilities -including vegetables and fruit. The stuff in the kitchen was friendly and helpful. To get to the beach (which was nice) you need to climb to the many steps, but it is worth it. There are no many possibilities to get food... More

The room was average in size, with two large twins pushed together to make a big bed. First impressions are the rooms are dated, in fact the entire hotel has been lacking in investment for some time. Furnishings are scratched and frayed while the air conditioning system rattles away but just about makes the temperature comfortable. View is fantastic. All... More

.As some other reviewers say, there are quibbles with this hotel. The view is a little spoilt by the roof of the flats below and the decor is sadly 1970s, but these are very minor problems by comparison with the positives. We had a room with a balcony, with an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean. It had been recently repainted... More

We found this hotel just driving past. It looked nice from outside in the darkening evening. All the rooms are with sea view. Hotel is a bit old, but renovated recently. The staff at reception and in the restaurant is excellent: polite, smiling, good English, fast (the hotel houses a hotel school). The restaurant is very good with large choice... More

Liked everything here. They have a school for the hoteliers and know how to please their clients. Better choose have pension option, since the dinner is generous and really good. All rooms are with sea view. Beach is clean and with a security guard.

A very Spanish Hotel in lovely unspoiled village. Booked it for an overnight stay but would have stayed longer had we had the time. Rooms are basic but roomy and we had a beautiful view over the sea. The amazing aspect is the cuisine. The hotel also functions as a chefs college. The menu at 19 Euro is a 4... More

As we have been visiting this hotel for nearly 32 years you could say we're part of the furniture! Yes the décor is basic, and yes to most people it may need a bit of modernisation, but this is what we love about it! It just doesn't change and you don't have to worry about the kids making a mess... More

Despite the old furniture and generally speaking old rooms which need refurshining a bit, if you don't look for estetics, this hotel has beautiful views to the sea and very convenient location not too far from the beach and the nice town of Sant Pol de Mar. Staff is very nice and friendly. The students of the school of hostelería... More

“All rooms, including the "ground floor" rooms, have sea views and balconies. The ground floor rooms' balconies are not at street level since the hotel is on a hill. The ground floor rooms are only "ground floor" at the front of the hotel, but there is one more level down at the back. Still, since the front desk is at the ground floor too, select a room on the second or third floors if possible since noise can be an issue.”
