I seriously regret staying at this hotel. I have just come back from a holiday in Tenerife with a group of friends (3 others) and really enjoyed my time that I spent AWAY from the hotel. The hotel is an absolute dump, and was a car crash from start to finish. When I arrived, the receptionist was rude, unfriendly and... More

we stayed all inclusive in april, with hope of going out night clubbing. turns out we had a fantastic holiday but because we are fun and got on with it this was not helped by the hotel. the food gave us bad stomaches and an array of bowel movements, and we avoided the pink chicken. we were in a self... (which was more expensive for us) there weren't a lot of choices and most of the meat dishes were overcook as... More

My boyfriend and I (aged 34 & 35) have just returned from an All Inclusive holiday at this hotel. Having read countless reviews on this place saying how awful it was, we were really worried about what we might find! However we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The man at reception was friendly and our room was clean,... More

Visited this hotel with a friend,on arrival we were really disappointed, the welcome at reception was none existent. When we found our room we found that some of the windows and shutters would not lock, although the rooms themselves were clean. The food was unappetising and we had to eat out, which we were not expecting to do on an all inclusive holiday,of... More

Apologies to all the other reviewers, but i don't understand how people can pay a rock bottom price for a week in the sun and then expect it to be a nice place to stay, what did you expect?!?. As always in life you get what you pay for. After booking this hotel through quick rooms for £120 for 5... More
