The website promised so much but it was so much better than that - the atmosphere was wonderful and the hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished and the breakfast was a splendid way to start the day and the dinner was just awesome. Having stayed in really good hotels all over Europe this has moved to the top of my...

This is a lovely hotel, in a most interesting building. It is not easy to drive to - we got lost at least twice in the maze of old Carmona's streets - but when one gets there, there is ample parking and the views over the plain are spectacular. The hotel's only drawback is that the beds are, as so...

Carmona old town is stunning and there is plenty of places to eat and drink. The drive up to the parador is so quaint and inviting and then you arrive in court yard and it's a real wow ! The parador is updated and felt clean and inviting in the communal areas but our room was very small with hard...

Dear Sir, Madam, First of all, thank you very much for sharing your experience. We are sorry because, at this moment, we are making some improvements in our swimming pool before the new season. Usually it is open-depending on the wheather- from may to september. I would like to point out that the 5 night card is one of our...

Another great Parador- ancient place with comfortable rooms. We have a fabulous view over the valley stretching for miles and miles and the rural noise of chickens and a donkey outside. The old town is on the doorstep and the necropolic a short drive or long walk away. everything we could wish for in a place to spend the final...

Very nice hotel with fabulous views across the lovely Spanish countryside. The Parador was a nice retreat for our three night break. The restaurant offers a nice menu. We found that the hotel staff were not very helpful when requesting a fan for our room which was very hot. Also some of the restaurant staff looked as they wished that...

Entrance via the single triple arched stepped gateway give access to a parking area within the fortifications walls. Starting with Reception, this was very good, the room with views of over the plains from two balconied windows was a bonus, a very well appointed room presented to the highest standards. A nice detail was that there were four volumes of...

I had stayed at Parador de Carmona before and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back. The parador itself and the village it is located in are charming. We booked Superior rooms which were large, had wonderful views and were very comfortable. They have a large parking lot for those who drive, although it is confusing arriving to...

This Parador, a Medieval Castle, gives You an excellent introduction to and view on Spanish History from before Roman Times and till now - even in the magnificent view of the landscape you see a Roman road and bridge..
