Stayed one night-Sunday 21st May. Tricky to reach through narrow Spanigh streets but worth it. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived late on fiesta day so most places were closed. However, we managed to find one bar open. Rooms-as expected in former fortress-dark and cool, just what was needed in the heatwave we encountered. Air con worked well. Good hairdryer...

We stayed here on our way to Cordoba and Granada. We had glimpsed this imposing converted fortress on the hillside years ago and had always wanted to stay here. Our dreams were exceeded in every way! The location, accommodation, food and service were all excellent. This lovely paradpr would make.an excellent.base from which to esplore Seville as long as you...

We have visited several Paradors over the years, and for comparison Pousadas over the border. This was by Iberian standards an expensive hotel in a National Monument. Over €200, perhaps €150-160 would have been about right. The rooms (the bathroom) were getting a bit old fashioned. On the plus side the situation, the views, the courtyard and the castle were...

Fully deserved 5 star rating. Location excellent, cheap and easy transfer by bus to Seville. Service excellent, sincere warm welcome on arrival and departure, fantastic room, stunning views, relaxing bar, breakfast and dinner service and food excellent. My only negative comment on the food is that guests who are paying a lot of money for half board should be given...

Dear Sir/ Madam, Thank you very much for sharing your opinion and particularly, for those regarding our staff and service. We take note about your complaint. We actually offer the full menu, but some dishes has a supplement. In any case our Food and Service Central Department has been informed about it. We would be really happy to welcome you...

The Paradore is preached on a cliff face overlooking vast agricultural land. The Paradore is in the old town with fine restaurants nearby. The Paradore has a good range of wines that you can enjoy on the patio with fine foods. Just out of the old town you can catch a bus to Sevilla for less than €3 that drops...

It is a stunning setting - care needed driving through the narrow streets and through the old archway into the car park. Set on top of a bluff overlooking the vast Andalucian plain. The reception area and bar are pleasant enough, and there is an outdoor terrace area in the Moorish style. However, I felt that the rooms were disappointing....

Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are sorry about your disappointment, we have different kinds of rooms and although some of them are not very big , most of them are quite charming. Carmona is a very well known city and much information is available about it on the internet as well as about the Parador....

Spent one night here on our way to Seville Airport (which is just 20 minutes away) and really enjoyed the stay. We had a room overlooking the plain below. Room was of good size, with large bathroom, deep soaking tub, and separate shower. The best feature of this hotel is the terrace off the restaurant. Here you can watch a...

Fantastic 14th Century Moorish fortress, beautifully renovated into a Parador. Large comfortable air conditioned rooms, with similarly large bathroom including bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Our room had a balcony with a high up clear view of the surrounding land, which is flat and agricultural. The parador is very stylish and, like the village has plenty of history, and lots...

I stayed here when at a conference last month. Carmona and its Parador are just breathtaking. Driving up to the Parador was downright harrowing because the city is about a thousand years old, and the twisty tortured, all uphill Carmona city roads make the British country roads look spacious. However, I adored this place. It looks like they gutted a...
