I’ve stayed at this hotel for the first time only one night Friday to Saturday and it was a really good choice. The staff was really friendly, the room was nice and clean , the breakfast is complete with a large sort of food. I love this hotel and for sure I will come back.

Nice refurbished room with mountain view, quiet and clean. The breakfast was gorgeous, personnel very nice, parking on site and ski storage. Everything needed for a ski vacation. The only minus which is not in hotel charge is that pool&spa were not opened due to Covid rules, information that we received in advance. Very easy to book room on hotel website.

Very disappointing. We went for a romantic Valentine spa weekend, & chose Rina Sinaia because the photos of the pool & sauna looked amazing. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived to learn that the spa was closed due to COVID. I've checked the website since our return, & I again don't see any mention that the spa is closed. When booking we asked for a room on the back side with a mountain view. Instead we were given a street room on the first floor with a view of a roof & 20 air conditioners. I went back downstairs, waited in the queue, & was given a mountain view room. It was next to the housekeeper closet, so we were awake by 7 a.m. when the housekeepers started chattering & working. The hallway vacuuming started before 8 a.m., I guess to make sure not only we were awake but everyone on the floor was too. The furniture is ok for a 2-star hotel. The toilet paper was so rough we went out & bought our own. The shower didn't function correctly so the first time I turned it on I was sprayed in the face rather than have the water come out from the faucet below so I could test the temperature. The wifi is very weak except early in the morning. We gave up trying to use it at night. There was loud music coming from somewhere Saturday night. It ended about midnight. We booked two massages online with our reservation. The hotel confirmed & said the reservations would be booked & our time slots awaiting us on arrival. Not so. There was no reservation: we had to go to the spa office to book. We were given little choice because it was Valentine weekend & they were almost fully booked. So instead of our joint romantic massage we had two separate massages at different times. To be fair, the spa did offer to refund our money but we declined since we wanted at least something of our spa weekend. The only positive was the ample breakfast buffet. It is very generous with lots of good food for all sorts of preferences. The warm food could be actually warm if burners were lit under the trays. The lines for coffee were annoying. There need to be more machines or a different set up. There needs to be monitoring of COVID compliance with masks & the plastic gloves that we are handed out. Some people were at the buffet with neither mask or gloves, & staff seemed way to busy to be concerned.

The smell of food was noticeable even at the 6th floor, from from the kitchen. The hotel does not have wi-fi / internet. We had to wait almost 30 mins in a queue in order to get checked-in. In our room the furniture was ancient and the balcony door did not close properly.
