Although hotel itself proved to be quite ok, with clean room, ok bathroom, fine beds and quite good breakfast, one thing was totaly unacceptable. And that was an organised party in the hotel's restaurant. Now, that by itself, was more an surprise than a problem, but because of it there was no one to let us use the spa for more than 15 minutes of us waiting, and when we approach the hotel staff they said it was beacuse of that party. Not to mention that breakfast was served late because of it as well. And to top it all, there were kids running and shouting until deep in the night accross the hotel coridors, and reception was unwilling to do anythung about it. Now, maybe we just came in the wrong moment, but hotel should do much more to inform their guests of what to expect when booking. And also, I can understand the noise from the party, but those screaming children two floors above it? Unacceptable.

a clean hotel ... the rooms are ok .... the food at the restaurant good, the breakfast quite varied ... the pool had a little cold water for January ... unfortunately there is no one to deal with the spa area and it is quite crowded.

We arrived on the 24th and will leave on the 27th as we opted for the 3 night Christmas holiday package that had BF included and 2 festive meals (Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas day lunch). Room ready at check in, clean, hot water, good Wi-Fi Bf has enough options to choose from Every night artistic program with local folklore musical representations. Santa Claus moment for the kids. Kind waiters and big enough parking lot Only thing to complain is the table seating which was very near to the door exit. The chief of staff was more gratuitous to some persons. Would recommend for a first visit or a come back Check-in was fast and we got accommodated quick and before the official 2 PM check-in time. Room was big enough with a nice balcony that had a mountainside view. Towels and bed sheets were clean and we could get them replaced once a day. Bed was comfy and we slept well. All the bath items were clean and shiny. Water was hot instantly. Free Wi-Fi worked well and we had a Samsung TV subscribed to the same subscriber that we have at home. Mini safe and a wardrobe with many shelves to store clothes. BF was varied enough and coffee was very good (strong as per my personal taste). BF could use just a bit more variety. The lunch or dinner meals we had to pay for had good food. Papanasi were absolutely tasty. Cocktails not so much. The Christmas Eve dinner and the Christmas lunch had very good food and that was accompanied by live bands. We had Santa come and deliver presents to kids and a few child animators for a separate program. Sarmale for the Christmas lunch were absolutely fabulous! And i have eaten many at home, at other restaurants and at my mother in law's.. We also used the pool which was warm but not very hot.I wish we could have tried the sauna but it was apparently closed. Maybe next time we try the massage. The check-out procedure is cumbersome for people that have a lot of extra services to pay. That is the impression the couple ahead of me at the reception gave me when the receptionist had to reconcile their account. And let's not forget George the waiter. He was very nice with our kid and always paid attention to we could have a child seat at the table. The only inconvenience is that for such a big venue they only have 2 child seats available. All in all, a good experience, we would definitely come back.

We arrived there saturday, two couples. In that night was a wedding so it was very, very noizy until 2 o clock pm. The room is big with a balcony. The breakfast was really good for a 3 stars hotel, the only main problem was the fresh scrambled eggs, was dried and tough.
