We recently stayed there for 10 days and we felt great every day . When we arrived we announced at the reception that i have a health problem ( an inflammatory bowel disease ). After they heard about my problem , they made everything that is possible to solve the problem as quickly as possible . I told them that i need lactose free and gluten free food but i did not tell them exactly the products that i needed. It was a big surprise to see in the next morning that they bought for me almost the same products that i am consuming at home . I think that the complex chief made a lot of research to find the perfect products .We also found there some very friendly and kind employees . I can tell for sure that hotel Carmen is a well organized location . We will be back with pleasure in this place .…

Exquisite hotel! Antique fashioned furniture and spotlessly clean! The personnel was very warm. Wonderful location. The hotel even comes with its own pastry and bowling room. Definitely worth a weekend escape or an entire sojourn!

Booked the room by mistake (misunderstood the location after talking with friends over the phone), after trying to cancel it, booking.com told us that if we explain to the hotel the reason they will consider to cancel the booking. 10 minutes after booking the room we arrived at the hotel and spoke to the receptionists. We explained the reason and that we have done a mistake, but they refused to cancel it. They didn’t even want to consider so they printed us some policy papers. We decided to stay over night as we have already paid for the room. We paid for a room with mountain view and balcony, however there was no such thing! No balcony and the view from the window was pointing Into their cleaning facilities and other building, barely we could see the mountain. At 9:50pm we wanted to have a drink in the lobby but bar was closed. The restaurant was also closed. When we checked out we have been charged a salvamont tax which wasn’t much, we paid it but we were not aware of it (it isn’t specified anywhere).…

Nice staff, good value for money, indoor pool and spa and nice room. Very central position, near the train station. In the winter season is well placed , about 1km from the teleski. Spacious rooms ( the 4 star) but also the 3 star is ok .
